I would like to preface that I am a regular patron at this location. I have always experienced exceptional service and the staff are typically always welcoming. However, I received the worst service ever tonight. I ordered a medium-well sirloin steak and chicken critters. I requested to have my critters dipped in bbq sauce but if that was a hassle I could get the bbq sauce on the side. After waiting considerably longer than usual, some staff members (that were not our server) noticed and told us they were going to check on our food for us. We didn’t ask them nor did we complain. However, they were more attentive than our actual server. When my plate finally came, I noticed my steak was well-done rather than medium-well. While I initially didn't mind the overcooked steak, I asked if they forgot about my bbq sauce. They then informed me that they didn’t have any. After specifically requesting bbq sauce, it was disappointing to hear that so I was considering ordering from somewhere else. After expressing my preference to return the meal because I was dissatisfied, a white server made a snarky comment and said “if I kept batting my eyelashes, I was going to fly out the door.” As a black woman, this remark was extremely offensive, unprofessional, and inappropriate. Instead of being apologetic, it seems as if he was trying to paint me as being “angry” or “aggressive” when I was simply expressing my dissatisfaction with my order. Although I was disappointed, I was not upset. I simply did not have taste for the meal because they got my order wrong and did not have the condiments that would have allowed me to enjoy the meal. The male servers that checked on our order for us immediately intervened to correct the mistake. After speaking with them and a manager about the situation, I agreed to have the steak remade with shrimp instead. The second steak was well-done also despite requesting medium-well but I didn’t complain because I was ready to go. After tonight’s visit, it made me reconsider ever...

We entered the queue at 7:34 p.m., and were told 30-40 minute wait time. We agreed to wait.
At 8:34 p.m., still waiting, we inquired about our table and when it would be ready. We had to interrupt the lady at the front desk whom was face timing her man. She said "they are cleaning it now."
At 8:55, we inquire about our table again, in which the girl whom we interrupted face timing her man again, and she directed us to ask another person. That person said they were for sure cleaning up a table and getting it ready.
9:10 They call us to be seated. We stand behind the register waiting to be seated. The lady at the front desk is still face timing.
9:25 They finally decide we've been standing waiting to be seated long enough, and take us to our table.
9:30 We place our orders with our waitress, who was extremely nice, but managed to get several of our orders wrong. Two of us ordered beers, which we didn't get until our meals arrived at 10:15. We had 3 different waiters/waitresses, and we're constantly having to ask for bread, refills, or where our beverages were to begin with. We had to ask numerous times for our beers, and they are far from ice cold when we got them.
10:50 We finally exit, after getting our meals fixed, finally getting to eat them, waiting 2 hours to be seated with a supposed 30-40 minute wait. What makes it even more messed up, is we had baseball kids with us who had to be up the next morning for a tournament. We hardly were able to feed them because they were so tired.
Upon exiting, the lady at the front desk wasn't there to see if she was still face timing, but I'm almost sure she was, wherever she was.
Food was good, but no food at any restaurant is worth that sort of wait, especially under our circumstances. 3 hours and 20 minutes between the time we entered the queue, until the...
Read moreIf you are staying at one of the many hotels around this restaurant do yourself a favor and try the BJs next door. I don't leave bad reviews but something needs to change here. Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant and I ordered food TOGO! The confirmation email said the order would be ready at 643pm and I would receive a text message when the order was ready. After arriving at 645 and waiting in my car till 7pm I decided to go to the togo window only to wait there for 10 min with no one at the window. I went inside only to wait inside with no one at the togo counter. It wasn't until another customer came in asking for a manager stating "he had been waiting a hour". Finally a young girl came to the counter and couldn't help me or the other upset customer. They could not find my order even though I supplied the confirmation email, Order number, bank account charge etc. I was asked "Are you sure it's this location " We finally figured it out and my food was sitting Ready on the counter the whole time. I asked for the manager, I was told by Mike I believe was his name "we must have a tech issue". I am from Texas and eat at Texas roadhouse on a regular basis because we can count on the food being great and the consistency of the service. This location left a sour taste in my mouth. The cooks did a good job as the food was great! (The ONLY good thing!) My order was missing the sides to one meal, the toppings for the dessert, as well as my twin boys milks. I understand most places are short staffed but the customer before me as well as the customer after me wanted to speak with the manager. Something is not right with the togo operation here. I eventually received my "order ready" text at 7:27pm. 44 minutes after the email said it would be ready. The order was placed at 6:12pm. The wait wouldn't have been a issue if the customer...
