Shark's Fish & Chicken John Barrow & markham — Restaurant in Little Rock

Placed a phone order with no problem. Went inside and stood in front of the register on the right. There was a door dasher waiting on an order. Three workers behind the counter and three in the kitchen. The lady (older of the 3) asked if the guy (wearing a hoodie) was helping me; I said no. She turned around and continued seasoning an order. The younger lady came and stood in front of the register on the left; the phone rang, she answered and took an order. Another door dasher came in, picked up his order (he was acknowledged) and left. After just standing there for about 5 mins I stepped over to the left register where the young lady was still standing....she said how can I help you. ARE YOU SERIOUS!! You should've asked me that when I first stepped up to the counter. I got my stuff and left because I was about to go off. This place has decent food but the service people are incompetent on all levels; absolutely NO customer service skills. They were talking about another worker that was supposed to be mopping the lobby and they almost gave his food away in the drive-thru, the older lady was cursing during this convo. I normally would've just walked out but I was picking up a $27...

I read the reviews before I decided to write this and I'm starting to feel like I just ordered incorrectly here. My deceased uncle so loved this place and ordered chicken from it all the time. So I decided to do the same but big mistake for me. I guess my expectations just didn't meet up with their menu.

I specifically asked the person in the Drive-Thru if the wings were coated or breaded and I was told "no". Which was not correct they definitely were coated/ breaded they were highly gross. I'm a person when I eat my wings I like them naked with some sauce all that breading and stuff is unnecessary and just not my cup of tea. Unfortunately their half wings are made that way so I was really disappointed with myself for stopping here and ordering instead of going to my local spot up the street. Maybe if I tried their grill tilapia with onions like somebody else had in their review I would have...

Baby let me tell ya I went for my lunch and i only had 30 mins so I walked in and bam my nose was instantly hit with a very very very bad fishy odor like everything was spoiled and i was out there on the lake fishing but all the fish was bad i seen 3 rats run pass the workers and my foot then i seen a trail of ants on the counter and the girl had the nerve to just ignore it so not only we need ace ventura pet detective for the rats we need him for the dang ants smh got my fish and baby it was soggy as ever black burnt and just all in all horrible baby DO NOT EAT THERE EVER the workers got bad attitudes and bad wigs they wigs was so nappy Jesus himself can’t even fix it but yea they a big no fa me They didn’t even give me my money back so i knocked everything off the counter...
