I would give this place 5 stars, but even knowing ahead of time that the wait can be a little longer than usual didn't quite prepare us. But, the workers were extremely nice, the food was amazing, reasonably priced, and it's a nice relaxing and quiet environment. The house special chai, which comes with service for 4, was some of the best I've had in a long time. The popcorn chicken was crispy, seasoned well, and addicting. The Bahn mi were also really well prepared, but the chicken one maybe got a bit over charred in some places. Will definitely come back, just got to make sure to leave yourself a solid 30-40 min for your food+drink order.

I absolutely love this place. It is hands down one of my favorite restaurants in Little Rock. The tea is amazing. The signature Chai is the best chai that I have ever had, and I love the little tea biscuits that come with it. I had never had a mango yogurt cake before, but now I am not stop craving it. It’s like having a mango lassi in cake form 💖 Anna was our hostess tonight. She is so sweet, and goes above and beyond in customer service! I can’t wait to be back again!

We had an Indian experience! I recommend the Chai Latte, bobas are yummy we had the strawberry shortcake, so delicious! Anna and her sister make you feel welcome, I'll bring my son and husband next time. ❤️🥰 It takes a while for you to get your drinks but most definitely worth it. Adjust your time.

My fiancée and I visited this small business by the Bernice Gardens. Unfortunately, it was a huge mistake. We entered and walked to the line, passing tables of people talking. The atmosphere seemed fine. As we stood in line, I didn’t hear the cashier ask names or give order numbers. I heard a couple customers grumble about how long it had been since they ordered. The “menu” was behind their shelves and did not include any food options. We decided to stay because it was around lunch and the festival so there were more people than usual. After waiting for 10 minutes in line behind 3 people, we ordered. The cashier had a difficult time explaining an option and took a while to look up prices for a slice of cake (because no menu). They did not ask for a name and did not give us an order number or receipt. We sat down and waited for 20 minutes. I caught one of the girls making drinks and asked about my fiancée’s drink. She told me that she would get it right away. Waiting about 10 minutes, the girl handed a drink to another person. Then both of the girls making drinks disappeared into the back. I figured after waiting 40 minutes for a milk tea (10 minutes in line, 30 minutes waiting), we would leave. I would have asked for a refund but the cashier was 4 people deep and the only worker front of house. We received no refund or drink. Our time was worth more than waiting another 40 minutes for a drink or a refund. No less than 30 feet down the road was a shaved ice stand that gave us what we paid for within 30 seconds. My fiancée loves milk teas and I would like to see this place get better. However, I don’t think we will ever go back. Lulu’s desserts has really great teas and a cool connected shop with plenty of novelty items that we...

I’ll start by saying that the boba tea was delicious! As was the popcorn chicken. However, I arrived on a weekend morning right at opening time (11am) and as we were ordering, was told the boba wasn’t quite ready yet so it may be a little while. I said that was fine, but in hindsight should’ve asked for clarification on what a little while meant. I assumed maybe 15 mins or so, but the reality was it took an hour to get our drinks. They brought the food out in a decent amount of time, but there was no offer for water or any other beverage in the meantime. I had to ask them for water to go with the meal since our teas weren’t ready. I understand boba takes time to make, but as a shop that advertises boba tea as your main menu item, you’d think they’d start making the boba BEFORE opening hours - not start right at the beginning of opening hours.

The environment is cute and has a nice vibe to it, however, our table was being cleaned and wiped down right after we ordered. It was as if they’d not cleaned the night before? Again, I was the first customer there right at opening time, but they were cleaning and refilling napkins dispensers and their bathroom was out of soap.

So while the boba tea was great, I have concerns about the sustainability of operating a business like this. Also, adding a pic of the full menu since that doesn’t appear to be available online...

Where do I start? Please don't come here unless you visibly see upscale service.

I visited JAN 28 2023 with my sons

They opened late when I first arrived to the point I was almost going to go to Bread,Cheese, Wine around 11:07 to 11:11 to be accurate. I get a few minutes difference but nearly 10 means they should just open at noon. We were the only family of 3 here.

The tables were dirty. I don't know how to explain it but it's like closing shift didn't complete their tasks. Food, dishes, crumbs, and human hair left where we sat. I have attached photos of proof the moment we walked in.

We had to wait another 15 minutes before we could order drinks and food. We order 3 drinks unchanged and that took nearly 30 minutes? I have seen Starbucks frozen drinks made faster than that during rush hour!

Then we were told our food had to wait. So after our drink we're nearly done my baklava came out first so an hour had passed before my tea cakes came out so of course by then I had 0 desire to stay after waiting 30 minutes for drinks and another 20 for a partial order of food. I took the rest of my food to go.

The staff was friendly but I didn't understand the lack of compassion or integrity to admit to the slow service and dirty store. This was my first...
