Iāll start with the positive: The atmosphere was cute. The eggrolls were great, especially with the sweet chili sauce.
Now hereās where things go wrong: I ordered the Chiro waffle with sausage and eggs. The churro waffle taste like dough And just was not pleasing to eat. The sausage taste like a frozen sausage patty reheating on a griddle, same as the eggs but with a little salt and pepper added,they were fine. Halfway through the eggs, I realize that I didnāt even get cheese on them, but decided not to complain because this was our first experience and this is a new restaurant.
My husband and I decided to check out the receipt since the price was $72 For our meal and we honestly didnāt see how. Once we realize that we were charged $10 for two eggs, we asked to speak to someone to reconcile. The manager was called to the front. She looked at us and turned around and sent someone else to handle it. When the waitress didnāt know why we were charged $10 she went back to ask the manager. The manager told her it was because of the cheese on the eggs. I asked the worker is it normal to charge six dollars to add cheese on eggs the waitress didnāt know so she went to get the manager. Once the manager came to the counter, (I believe her name was Rachel) She didnāt speak she didnāt say sorry for the mixup so I asked her so what was going on and she said to me in a very rude way to give her a second. She never explained what happened all she did was say āl will give you guys the three dollars back if thatās what you wantā she began to raise her voice, and my husband stepped in and let her know that she was being very condescending with her comments. I had to calm both of them down from getting loud and explained to her that the overall experience was not the best from the food to her attitude towards the situation. āRachelā did not show professionalism at all throughout our entire experience with her. Even with speaking calmly and trying to find resolution she responded loud and unprofessional. This is not the way to start a business or have people to return! She refunded us 3 dollars and I was to flustered by her reaction and forgot to even tell her we didnāt get the cheese on our eggs! This by far was the worst experience weāve had...

However, the customer service we received was horrible and extremely disappointing, especially when attempting to support a clearly black owned establishment. My family and I were 90% done with our meal, when the OWNER rudely came to our table and attempted to kick my SERVICE ANIMAL out of the establishment. (She also is an 4.5 Maltipoo, just to give more context). After rudely requesting to see her card, he aggressively tossed it back and walked away. The encounter was so rude that my father attempted to go back and talk to the owner after we finished eating and the owner proceed to tell my father that he had never heard of her service animal card and attempted to say it was fake. Mind you this is the exact card she received after completing 200 hours of speciality training and this also the same card the airlines require when she flys, but it wasnāt good enough for a small establishment in Arkansas (interesting)? It is also important to note I am a provider and a member of the U.S. Air Force so Iām very familiar with the process of registering a service animal. This owner was completely rude, demeaning, and down right disrespectful. The food and atmosphere were truly 7/10, however the encounter with the owner left a horrible ātasteā in my families mouth and we will not be spending our consumer dollars here again. I used the app to order, which according to their own staff doesn't print out an order sheet for them to make so you have to go inside or call to advise. That's fine. Fresher food. No worries on that. In relation to the app, it evidently isn't localized. I ordered some alternative milk options and syrups and was advised they have never carried them. So I ended up cancelling that (still waiting on my refund as well). Total time was about 30 minutes from me telling them I ordered online, about 10 minutes in (of the total 30) I asked if I could have the drinks to take to my car, that's when they informed me they couldn't make them. So I canceled. About another 20 minutes went by and I got my food. 1 waffle, waffle sandwich and fries. They had about 4 people outside and 10ish people inside and a few take out people. But communication of the order delivery was not fantastic and no advisement of time occured. Also it is excessively loud. Like please invest in some sound dampening. You have to basically scream your order if you're ordering in and often times repeat. And as advised previously, it was not a stacked situation. The waffle fries were good. The waffle sandwich was okay, would have been nice to have a dipping sauce or the option to add, because it was kind of dry. The waffle option was ... Stale tasting and adequate.
