I would give five stars for the ice cream that they sell and there's no doubt it's amazing. It's my go-to icecream place! The reason I give three stars it's because of a very recent experience. Last weekend when I went to the creamery, I ordered for a large(3 scoops) icecream with three different flavors. And I asked the guy who was serving me specifically, if I could get the large in three different cups or would I be charged extra, she said they would be no charge for the cups and so we bought it. At the billing, another lady charged us for individual scoops, so I let her know that we requested the server to give the large ice cream in the separate cups. But she said that the guy who served us did not know and was wrong. First of all the attitude of this lady was pathetic and being in a hospitality industry it was highly unexpected. She said "it is common sense that if you're asking in a separate cup you would be charged extra". Well it was because I had common sense I asked the guy specifically who was serving us if we would be charged extra for seperate cups. The faces she made while billing us was pathetic and so disgusting that we regretted buying anything. Also spoiled our spirit for getting an ice-cream on a warm Sunday! I wouldn't mind paying her extra if she had been respectful but this was disappointing!
P.S tried the Arkansas mud(Loved it it's my new favourite), The one with no name( okayish), and Bourbon pecan( loved it). my all time favourite- Honey lavender....
Read moreThis little shop is a tiny slice of wonderland in Arkansas. The space is open, bright, & sunny with big windows looking out over the Soma area of Little Rock. I had forgotten my Lactaid so I was already resigned to having 1 or 2 choices for non-dairy...but there were NINE. This was the first time I've had to actually make a decision about which non-dairy option to get! Maybe that happens elsewhere but it sure doesn't happen in Arkansas. I got Pinnacle Trail (dark chocolate with chocolate chips & pecans) and Coconut Vanilla (which tasted mostly vanilla, just made with coconut milk). This was a match made in heaven. Absolutely delicious contrasts. I found out that they sell lactaid for $1 at the register so that's good to know! I also got a 12 scoop flight which took my husband and I three days to eat, but it was so worth it. I highly recommend the flights if you can't decide on what to get. Beautiful little place, everyone was so nice, and the ice cream is super high quality. I can't recommend this place enough.

Read moreIt was so good we went back a week later for more. Visiting Little Rock for the month and everyone recommended this ice cream shop. One review said that the cookie dough ice cream was the best they’d ever had, and I did scoff at that… but then I tried it and it was the best cookie dough ice cream I’d ever had. The first time we went we got the 6 scoop sampler, which is kind of small for the price. But we got to have six flavors at once. The second time we went, he got a shake and I got a “small”. Let me just say, the small is MASSIVE. It’s two giant scoops of ice cream that I was able to split and eat over the course of a weekend. Pinnacle Trail is super delicious as well as the cookie dough (the regular cookie dough, not the Cookie Monster one). In the sampler we tried the great peach, pinnacle trail, little rocky road, strawberry buttermilk, and key lime pie. Staff have been so kind both...
