Every time I come to this location, There’s almost always an issue. Either the workers are rude or my food takes forever…I’m talking 15+ minutes, Which is way too long. Especially when I’m on a short lunch break. They’ll say “we’re still opening” even though it’s nearly an hour after their listed opening time. Not ideal if you’re hoping for a quick stop. Some of the staff can be very short with you when ordering. It’s usually the same person, Though she has improved slightly which is one of the reasons I gave this location two stars instead of one. Also, There was one really friendly worker which was refreshing. But normally, Items get left out of my order and I sometimes have to go inside because the person bringing food to my car can’t communicate in English which makes things even slower since they don’t care to take time to understand the translation I’m giving to them. I asked to make a double bacon burger into a single because I didn’t see that option on the menu. I just did it the day before and the worker was very kind that day. This time, The response was blunt and dismissive. “That’s what a double is but you can have a bacon cheeseburger.” She knew what I meant but made it into a hassle! The whole tone just added stress to my order and it was rushed and UNCOMFORTABLE from there on. Overall, This location’s customer service is pretty lacking. I usually come here for KFC and while I don’t expect much from fast food, The experience has made me consider driving farther for a better experience. I really won’t be coming back to this location because they’ll probably tamper with...

I ordered a burger, told the person No Onions! I am allergic! Got burger headed to my next job started to bite into burger smelled onions, pulled over looked to me that they put Xtra onions on burger....my allergic reaction could cause throught to swell shut ,not good when driving for me or others....I called the restaurant, I was told no big deal, was accident.. If I had eaten burger had a car wreck that would have been an accident...Putting onions on food after explaining I am allergicis just ignorant, incompetent, stupid ,lazy ,dangerous..... I wonder if they drop your food , do they still serve, do they wash hands after bathroom , smoke break I don't think so never go again....EAT HERE AT OWN RISK...

UPDATE Received a response from the a and w restaurant here's a response to you I reviewed you on the Google site or you can let it go like you normally do, This is not the first time I've complained about you making a wrong order I usually do it at the restaurant not getting any action... You wanna deal with the situation deal...
