Overall Rating and is it worth a visit: 8.25/10 and Yes. Located in a small strip mall in Littleton, right next door to Locavore Beer Works, Brad's started as a food truck and has since turned into a small Brick & Mortar, while still operating his catering and food truck options as well. Also, when I say a small B&M, I mean there's no indoor seating options available, like at all. You walk in, place an order at the register and then can either sit outside on one of the 6-10 picnic tables they share with Locavore or you can head inside to Locavore (as long as you're also buying a beer from them of course, but they have a nice tap list to choose from) to wait for and then eat your meal, which Brad's team will walk over once it's ready. As far as the meat goes, while I typically prefer oak over hickory smoked, Brad does a nice job staying true to his hickory style and delivers some of the smokier meats in the greater Denver area. Where they do get a knock is for not having a current indoor seating option of their own, to truly create their own atmosphere and experience. While the staff is extremely friendly, there's no real ambiance to speak of with its limited interior and without even a whiff of hickory smoke in the air, they are unfortunately more dependent on being good at the bbq and letting Locavore handle the vibes/environment, especially come cold weather time. That said, they are a top option for Littleton BBQ and with its alliance to Locavore, it still checks all the normal boxes for what you'd expect for a bbq joint. Would come back again. Read moreI love this place! This is a great BBQ spot, they share a patio with a Locavore Beerworks and I have never left dissatisfied!
But.... Alright Brad, you wanted a review, I'm gunna leave you an honest one. Leave it public or don't, I don't care.
This is a solid 3:5. Your rub is decent. It gets soggy and grainy. You need turbinado. Bigger grain size! The meat is quality but gets overshadowed by your shortcomings.
First off, replace any app that isn't scratch made. I can taste your freezer on the okra, mac bites, moz stick.. Etc. Denver is a fresh scratch food scene and you will fail of you don't match it. Where's your passion for food?
I got a brisket sandwich, and dispite you, the owner, telling me is was cut to order (you told me this in person yesterday) , it still came shredded. I was also served my order in parts. It nice when all your food arives at the same time.
Lastly, your sauce (if it is homemade) it needs a rework. It has the flavor and consistency of something that is store bought and I absolutely hate it. Your current sauce degrades the quality of your food!
I will keep coming here, and keep updating my review because your quality and prices set in a place I can agree with. I wish you were...

What I had: pulled pork sammich, dill picks, chopped onions, creamy slaw, and sweet+spicy BBQ sauce.
The pork: not too warm, but tender and seasoned well. Juicy and chopped finely.
The experience: that pork was piled too high to construct a proper, holdable sandwich. I NEED to be able to pick her up and put her down without a total landslide into my lap. So I had to do some food-scaping. Sauce on both buns a must. The sweet and spicy sneaks up on you, and the combo of ingredients on with the creamy slaw and crisp, thick dill chips was terrific.
Wish the meat was hotter. The brioche bun they slapped that pork on is fantastic as well. It had the structural integrity and toasted butteryness to handle the meat mass smashed betwixt its halves.
My side: Mac bites. 3/5. I LOVE basic b*tch Kraft Mac. I do. The triangles were fried perfectly and even seasoned. Had the Mac carried some homemade elements, they, too, could have been a 5/5. But alas, the salty shapes sucked the moisture out of my mouth like a shop vac, so a dunk in some sauce is recommended.
Service: 4/5. QR code menu, reasonable wait time given the traffic at 2pm and a one-man expediter on a...
