I leave a lot of 5 star reviews but if I could I would leave 0 stars for this one. I went there to grab some food through the drive through for my buddy. The lady was servicing both drive throughs by herself. I had some questions about the promotions and coupons. She did not ever give me an answer. Just kept replying with "ok, do you know what you want?" And i would say "no not yet, i have some questions about the promotions." And she would just switch back to the other drive through without helping me. She went through (I counted) ten cars orders on the other drive through and switching to me in between each of them just to ask i was ready but was not helping me with my meal. Also her english was not strong at all. I do not know spanish. It was not a pleasant experience at all. I was so pissed after I finally got my buddies "FAST FOOD" 32 minutes after arriving in the drive through. It was just 2 whopper meals with fries and a drinks. I only had question about the coupon promotion. I was then late back to work. Please take note and address your employees. My husband came down here last night to get some shakes the building advertises open 24 hours so he waited at the drive through and finally got tired of waiting and pulled up and seen two employees sitting in the booth and my husband took a picture to show the manager there employees are just sitting around and one of the employees flipped him off which he has a picture of and will be posting. Extremely unprofessional what are you getting paid for? to sit around? Thats really uncalled for he didnt get mad at the woman he didnt even say anything and got flipped off? Are these the kind of people you want serving your costumers food? I mean what else are they doing if they're flipping customers off. I have no problem taking my money elsewhere because obviously they didn't want to do their jobs. I will be sending the picture to corporate. I've worked in fast food and customer service and have never treated a customer that way even if they made me mad. Read moreThis facility needs to do something about all those doors that look like they can be accessible from the outside. I assume this restaurant recently went under a remodel but they didnt do any thing with the two or three sets of doors that look like are barricaded from the inside. I recently had a drs appt in this are of denver and being as I drove 100 miles and as such I'm not familiar with this location I thought since I seen those doors barricaded to me with what it looks like they were using was scrap materials from the construction I also assumed they were under hence the doors being barricaded. So I got back in my car and went to the driv up. Ordered and drove to the window. And when I got the window I asked about the construction going on and the girl was confused. So I had to explain those doors I seen. She dismissed it and said were not under any construction. So from her dumbfounded remarks. It was just poor remodeling. What they should have did instead of barricading the doors from the inside and blocking them from the inside was completely dismantle the doors from the frame and replace them with Windows so it didn't look like they were under construction with the doors being...
