Truly a great park for ages 1-7, great place to play in water and splash around and dry off in thr large play area that is divided in area specifically to age group which is so great. There is a sand box pit area as well, so bring your kids trucks and sand toys! Basketball court next to play area, covered picnic table seating next to restrooms! Great park, plenty of parking and won't have to walk a long ways from parking lot area. The parking has 3 spaces for handicap, but only two have signs, so this can confuse people who are not needing handicap and park there, id prefer the park fix this! Great ADA access overall though! Excellent park to spend an afternoon at with the kids. What's also great, is after kiddos play here, just drive across the street to the creek (Bellview park) where toddler's age and up can take a safe swim in the creek, pet some animals and ride on a train! There is also another playground area there as well. Two parks so great within quick driving distance, why not!! Bring sunblock, chairs foe both places!!!!! Cons: not allot of shade for parents, all benches are in direct sun so bring hats, I'm or lawn chairs. There are only 3-4 trees with shade and it fills up fast with parents...
Read moreCornerstone Sports Park in Englewood, CO, is a fantastic community hub for sports and family fun. The 65-acre park offers a wide variety of amenities, including well-maintained soccer fields, baseball fields, batting cages, pickleball courts, and a skatepark. The splash pad and three playgrounds are a hit with kids, and the paved trails are great for a quick walk or bike ride with scenic mountain views. Accessibility is a plus, with ample parking and van-accessible spaces. The park is clean and lively, with plenty of space for everyone. However, it can get crowded during peak times, and some transitions in the skatepark have raised gaps that might trip up beginners. The batting cages are a highlight, with variable-speed machines for all skill levels, though occasional machine malfunctions can be a minor annoyance. Overall, it’s a great spot for athletes and families alike, with something for everyone to enjoy.
The good thing is they have a cricket ground, basket ball court , childrens park, pickleball court, tennis court besides the...
Read moreThe splash pad is gone. This was the main feature for this playground. The person responding to posts seems to ignore this part. The website they provided simply says parking lot construction started in March. That is all. Literally nothing else. Nothing about all the restrooms next to the playground being closed “for repair”. Nothing about dogs using the sand area to pee and poop in. Nothing about the bolts missing from the playground equipment, including from the walkovers between the pieces. And nothing about the graffiti everywhere including curse words. Without the water splash pad, this is just a playground in disrepair, and the equipment is completely exposed to the sun, making it unusable in the summer. It used to be clean and full of kids. Now it’s worthless and empty. I guess it is just a soccer park now (I assume the reason for the parking lot expansion). Any response I get will not address any issues I mentioned, like the other replies from this kind of feedback, just blaming the construction. If I could give zero...
