excellent service very polite employees very fast. I honestly was probably in there for like five minutes and my coffee and hashbrowns or already done and surprisingly hashbrowns were very crunchy. Coffee is great. Overall service is good. Here you can lounge outside for fresh air or eat inside. Very quiet location. 08/29/23 Extension to the review. went in today to get ice latte I walk in today very quiet very airy they must have the AC on at the moment feels amazing the staff very polite I like how I see the tip jar at the pick up. I had suggested it to be there and it’s good to see that it’s been filled. I believe the employee that is serving. The takeout should be tipped as well. I have often come in and out of this dunkin location. I went in before an appointment and order an ice coffee and grilled cheese. They seemed to be short staffed and the drink order was made quickly. Over 10 minutes, and I understand it was during lunch rush, I went to the cashier and just asked for a refund for the sandwich as I was running late. Instead she told me she would make it for me then. Which set me back additionally time wise. I love dunks, I’ve never had issues here before, but I was dissatisfied with my visit on...

This particular location has gone downhill as of late. Now they don't even stay open. Sign on door says they close at 2:00pm now, and I've been there several days in a row now before 2pm and the door has already been locked, lights turned off, and place looks deserted. Will no longer be giving my business to this location after countless food/drink errors, poor service and their new "close's at 2 but not actually open until 2" deal.
