Newer customer I would like to say i could give them 5 stars but unfortunately they fall very short. Iv had jets in a few places iv lived in the past and being from chicago iv found there are very few places here in Colorado to visit for a good pizza. I was excited when we stumbled apon this place accidentally after visiting the car dealer down the street. My first in store visit was a bit confusing they got my order wrong, an they seemed to be goofing around. A couple other customers i waited with at that time seemed to be ticked aswell also they made people wait longer when they had a smaller order than someone with a bigger order. I watch a lady order a large pizza and she waited. Then a gentleman ordered 2 large pizzas an wings and he got his food before me and the lady. An no he didnt call it in we watched him order it infront of us. My second vist via delivery, one of the pizzas had extra toppings that we didn't order. The other pizza was really undercooked and wasnt enjoyable by any means. An they also forgot are two liter soda. My third visit in person got a large pizza and seemed to be a couple different people in there than the last time i was in and it was amazingly good right on point. Now my fourth time i ordered and i got hung up on 3 times finnaly when answered they cant deliver to me because im too far away. Omg im exactly 2.9 miles from this location. Last time we ordered we were about three times the distance from their store no problems with delivery then. This store needs to be retrained on everything from, customer service, punctuation, phone skills, time delegation, and dealing with orders as they come not skipping people based on the size of their orders. An most of all consistency in my opinion you never know what your gonna get. Jets pizza franchise provides directions with the sale when you start your business or new employees for training You guys should use it. I know you cant be perfect thats not what im asking but there should be some kind of standard dont you agree. Im a business owner i understand all aspects but here i see poor management. iv also thought about ordering pizzas for my shop but i cant take the chance with a big expensive order now knowing with my past experiences. Its simple risk vers reward at this time im going to bring my business elsewhere and just avoid this location. For one person to have this many issues its really just unacceptable. I looked back at the reviews looks like 95 reviews i wonder how many more people this has happened to that didn't leave a review. Best of luck on your next dinner adventure hope this helps you decide if you will take a hungry...
Read moreFigured I'd try something new tonight and wow, I have never been to a more overrated pizza joint, super not impressed. $31 for a large deep dish - more like a medium - and 8 wings with no dressings which is totally unheard of at competitors. Don't get me wrong, everything tasted pretty good, my beef is with the garbage online ordering system and average customer service. Tried signing up for points and ordering online last night (3/6/21), come to find out I didn't earn ANY points for the arm and leg I paid for and not to mention how long it took to make. Customer service was mediocre at that except the manager who did what he could to rectify the points situation. I mean what else do you expect than a bunch of high-schoolers running the show. Not one star because the food was alright but I could feasibly get a better pizza for a better price at a sit-down restaurant. Don't understand all the good reviews...it's not...
Read moreI have never tried Jet's pizza and as a pizza lover, I gave it a go... finally. Ordered a hand tossed large pepperoni, mushroom and pineapple pie. Toppings were $2 each, but in no way was the pizza loaded with $6 worth of toppings. Very stingy to say the least. Total for the pie almost $25. The mushrooms weren't fresh and looked like they came from a can. Pineapple were limp and soggy and seemed to be from a can also. Pepperoni was ok, but not the best. Cheese was minimal. Leftovers reheated in the oven, not a microwave, failed. A good pie can be reheated without the crust turning to cement. If you're looking to replace your teeth, this a good pizza to do it with. Definitely not worth $25. Freshless and Stingy toppings with a fossilized crust have taken this pizza joint off my list. Bottom line for Jet's pizza is about the $ and not the pride. Does Nathaniel Hackett have a coaching job here? Oh... wrong...
