9/2025 Last night I got the Porterhouse steak special and it was very tasty, I really enjoyed and the rice was delicious and the green beans too! My husband always loves the BBQ brisket sandwich.

We've eaten here many times, it's a great place to get a delicious burger, beer, family friendly atmosphere, good service.

3/8/24 We were in a hurry and popped in for a quick burger at the bar; it was a delicious juicy burger and a good dry Stowe cider, fast enough service to get us in and out on time, friendly neighbors at the bar. 2/2/24 We met dear friends for a special occasion; the staff was really nice from the person who seated us to our server. We had a lot of fun and it's a really good energy here.

The food is still lingering in the "ok" zone, I would say My burger was only fair. My husband and I shared the No Greens Greek salad which this time it was excellent; I've had it about 6 times and half the time it's skimpy and mostly cucumbers, and the other half it's robust and full of delicious olives and feta and other yummy stuff .. last night it was excellent. For the price it should never be skimpy ... I had a cheeseburger, gluten free, and it was ok. The burger quality is poor... it looked more like chicken, and wasn't flavorful, very mediocre with almost no toppings, and it comes with everything in it, not to the side so you can add it... For gluten free they offered rice, salad, and mashed potatoes .. I can't eat seed oils and the mashed potatoes have a lot of them and always make me feel bloated at this restaurant, the salad is just chopped lettuce so I figured I'd try the rice and it was disappointing sticky flavorless... Oh well ... When we first came a year ago the food was really delicious, I don't know what happened .. our friends were happy with the macaroni and cheese and the Argentinian Bowl.

The atmosphere is festive and fun, it's loud and we had a great time.

1/6/24 We've been here many, many times and I seem to enjoy it less and less; the food is ok, the burger seems less juicy and less delicious, the greens side salad is literally just lettuce, the maitre de was literally rude... Our server was really nice and attentive. Lots of gluten free options!

12/28/22 Absolutely delicious food, perfect portions, in a super cool 1940's garage, excellent service! Can't wait to come again!! Gluten...

It was about a 20 minute wait for a table on a Friday night- not bad considering everyone's starting to go out again. The hostess and servers were pleasant and attentive. They have a great draft beer selection ( although they were out of the one I wanted). We started with apps and a couple of beers.. The Street corn was just ok- not as flavorful as I was expecting. The pretzels were excellent - buttery & hot! Beer was cold.. For dinner we had a Montreal Brisket sandwich and the Cuban sandwich. The brisket sandwich was a little disappointing. I would prefer to add my own condiments. Not a fan of mustard on brisket. Corned beef yes, smoked brisket no. Bun was too soft, like it was in a steamer. Definitely has room for improvement.

The Cuban was another story- It was excellent! Loved the crispy, crunchy bread!

No complaints on the portions- both sandwiches were filling and came with a nice pile of crispy fries.

Maybe I'm just getting old and just have bad luck but A) it is incredibly loud in there when its busy. I felt like I had to raise my voice pretty loud to be heard across the table and 2) we got seated at table with a direct line to the setting sun out the back window. While it was only for 10-15 minutes or so, the blinding sun seared my retinas while it slow sank into the horizon. A nice young lady ( server) did try to help but the upper 1/2 of the windows are not shaded at all so I just leaned to the left for a few, until the sun set. 😁. Other reviewers really seem to rave about the place. Maybe because our options are so limited up here for dining and drinking, but I wasn't all that impressed. The evening did have some bright spots, but mostly it...

Served by Abigail and sadly may never return.

Have been enjoying this establishment for years and recently had a terrible experience with Abigail, which was unexpected. She was our server and immediately unpleasant and irritated when my husband asked if they used to have an item on the menu saying "not anymore" with a dismissive tone. My elderly aunt inquired about vegetables on a salad and she repeatedly snapped with only "mixed greens"... "mixed greens". She brought our drinks from the bar dripping and slopped them on the table with no napkins or coasters, wet everywhere.

We had hoped for mayonnaise and steak sauce but went without due to her not checking in to see if our meal was okay. She asked "are you done" and inquired if we wanted desert- I commented that we had hoped for a couple of condiments, she then turned aggressive, bent down in my face and said "you didn't say that when I asked if everything was alright"... my husband then spoke up and informed her that she did NOT indeed check in and she continued to argue with him insisting that she had then bent down in his face repeating herself over and over.

He informed her that we were leaving and asked her to please leave our table and bring us the bill.

She brought the bill, went to the side with another server and stared at us while my husband filled out the charge slip, smirking and clearly discussing it with her co-worker.

Such a strange, uncomfortable experience. It was awkward having to see my husband ask a clearly pregnant woman in public at her place of work to stop bullying customers.

Sadly will always remember this incident when I think of my once favorite place to eat...
