If I could give this place zero stars I would. Do not go here! Just awful all around for many reasons

-I ordered for takeout at 7:10pm and was told it would be ready at 7:50pm. Upon arrival at 7:50pm to pick the food up I was told it would not be ready until 8:00pm which was no problem at all. At 8:10 pm I still had not received my food. At this point a girl with blonde hair who works the front and seats patrons comes out and tells me that they ran out of potato skins (which I had ordered) and would have to refund me. She gave me the refund and didn’t ask if I’d like anything else to replace it. I asked if I could replace it with something else which she said yes. So I ordered a burger and asked how long; she said 20 minutes.

When she asked me to pay the difference in price (an extra $5 more) I told her I thought the price of the potato skins should be honored since my food was not ready on time and then was told 20 minutes later they ran out of something I ordered. ( so your telling me it took over an hour since the initial call; to place my order, to figure out you didn’t have potato skins. Not to mention that all shows you hadn’t even started to make my order until 8:20pm; 20 minutes after I had been told my food would be ready and over an hour after my order was placed)

She rolled her eyes when I asked to have the price honored with a sarcastic and childish tone said she couldn’t but would get the manager and see if they could. After a minute or so she comes back without the manger and says best she can do is give me a free desert. I said no and she then said she would go get the manager (why not do that like you said you would the first time). The manager came out and was very nice and said he would honor this change. So I waited for the change to be made. They came back and made a change but it still was not correct ( $1 and change over the original cost) I asked for this to be fixed as they said. So the blonde I already dealt with is basically laughing and smirking at me while she makes the change and then disappears into the back.

While waiting for my food a couple came in and waited to be seated. No one showed up to greet them. After a few minutes they decided to leave and walked out.

Also during this time a family of 5 came out complaining to the staff about how they had been waiting for an hour to be served and others who came in after them had been already. As they where leaving the blonde girl sarcastically says “have a nice day” to them which caused an argument between her and a gentlemen in that group about how bad the service was and he kept saying how they where not doing a good job with anything in there.

Upon them leaving I see the blonde worker laughing with her coworkers in the back about the this. It’s now 8:40pm. I still have not received my food and I’m fed up at this point so I go up to the greeter desk (which no one is at) and wave down the blonde.I ask her to please cancel my order as I no longer wish to give them my business. She smirks trying not to laugh and stares at me before saying “oh sorry I just checked and your food is ready” ( if that’s the case why did you not bring my food over. Where is it?) anyways she quickly goes into the system and says other order is cancelled. I ask her for a receipt which once again she can’t help but snarkly smirk and laugh. She prints it and basically throws it in front of me and walks away to the back. The receipt shows nothing really so I wave down a different worker and ask her to check to make sure she cancelled it because I did not trust the blonde did. She says she’s new but she will look. She says she think she did so I left. It’s now been over 10 days and there has been no refund on the account for the food. The full charge is still there. The bank says usually they can see prior to it showing on a statement if the refund has been put through. They say they don’t see it.

Needless to say I’ll be fighting this charge. This place is awful. I can’t even say if the food is any good because I couldn’t even...

What a delightful find!! Very cute establishment with a casual atmosphere. They kind of place you want to stay and linger.

The hostess was very welcoming, asked us our seating preferences. Our server was attentive and engaged.

The menu is varied enough that there is something for everyone - probably more than 1 something! We had a hard time deciding!

My wife and I split the potato skins as an appetizer.

Y’all. I am going to be thinking about those potato skins for a LONG time. Best I’ve ever had. More like chunky potato slices - so soft inside. Absolutely smothered in white cheddar and big bacon chunks. No bacon bits here. These are real slices of bacon cut into slices. A big side of sour cream. They were chef’s kiss

We also split the Sticky Vermonter burger. First, they cook to order - ours was perfectly medium. The bun is soft, the bacon is excellent, and the bit maple sweetness was such an unusual flavor - in the best way possible. Fries were crispy, but didn’t stand out the way the skins and burger did.

I LOVED that they split the burger for us in the kitchen. Brought out on separate plates - a nice touch that kept us from having to do it. I’m also convinced we got extra fries because there were a lot on both plates.

Drinks are strong, creative, and delicious. My wife had the Blood Orange Margarita. I had the Maple Bourbon Leaf, and I’m not exaggerating when I tell you I let out a very satisfied sigh after my first sip.

Splitting an app and a burger was plenty for the two of us. We still had a couple of skins and lots of fries left over.

On Friday and Saturday nights they have all you can eat Brazilian steak - 12 varieties, plus a salad bar and hot and cold sides. I think the server said it was $35. I can’t wait to try! That’s less than the cost of 1 steak at most places! The steak comes out on a massive skewer, presented and you can indicate if you want or if you want the next variety. It’s such a clever concept and the presentation is so cool.

Definitely stop and try it. ...

Every meal we have at The Little Grill is excellent, part of what is really relaxing is the excellent and friendly staff, service is excellent, they work as a friendly team. We had another absolutely delicious meal and fun experience at The Little Grill. Our meals were fantastic and the friendly atmosphere, excellent service, clean environment really makes this restaurant a wonderful experience. Last night I got the Steak Tips again, they're marinated and just so yummy and tender, I have also loved the enchiladas, street tacos, hamburgers, potato skins are the best ever!! The Brazilian fish stew is my husband's favorite, and every Friday and Saturday night the Brazilian BBQ is phenomenal, but come hungry! Absolutely fabulous meal, excellent service, really fun night last night!! We were blown away by the Brazilian BBQ that they offer Friday and Saturday nights; it's $35 and all you can eat and it includes amazing meats, warm sides like fish stew, delicious rice & beans, several other choices, and a beautiful fresh salad bar. The meats were amazing ... a lovely woman comes around every few minutes with a different meat and they were all spectacular and perfectly cooked ... Short rib, spare rib, steak, chimichuri beef, chicken, pork ... I absolutely loved how they served it and it was all so absolutely delicious! We also got the Queso appetizer which was so delicious! The service was excellent. Our server was attentive, and did a phenomenal job, everyone was super nice and worked hard to keep things clean and the energy was just really great. We had a wonderful, fun night! The atmosphere is really great, beautiful colors, in a historic building with high ceilings,...

Another day trip to Littleton, and another sample of the local fare from The Little Grille. The thing about Littleton I can't figure out, is the awkwardness of restaurant dining. The Grille is an eclectic little place with a lot of options and a certain happy vibe...so why were the staffers so stiff and not smiling? It's almost like everyone waiting tables in Littleton is annoyed by guests. The decor is intriguing, the layout open and inviting, and the food was delicious, so where's the music, the mid-afternoon laughter, and the fun of a great little restaurant... On to the meal: the subliminal advertising worked on me, and I didn't hesitate to make my lunch dirty - the Dirty Burger, that is. The meat was cooked perfectly, juicy and flavorful, and served on a bun that held its shape to the last bite. The Dirty is served with Chipotle BBQ, peppers, and onion rings. I was hoping for a little more spice with my burger, and couldn't place what was so dirty about it, but it was good and pleasing, nonetheless. On the flip side, we had chicken street taco's [sic] (menu grammar annoys me) with black beans and white...really white...rice. The unimaginative side would have been nice with at least a little Sauzon, or sprinkle of Tony's Creole. The tacos were atypical 'street,' but delicious, full of breaded (?) chicken chunks, corn, lettuce, tomato, but really lacking that zing - a squeeze of lime would do wonders. Overall, a solid lunch on servings and quality, but just shy of perfect on taste. The complimentary chips and salsa were a nice touch and and I'll be checking back to see if the Little Grille found its big vibe again soon!
