I am absolutely appalled by this place! I will never come here nor any McDonald’s ever again! Who are you hiring?! My husband not even 10 minutes before I came to McDonald’s had fainted due to lack of food for the day as well as heat. I rushed out of my house to go get him food. Closest place he likes, McDonald’s. So I drove to the nearest McDonald’s. There’s two drive thru lanes both had one car so I pull up behind the one on the far right. The car on the left goes thru, then the car in front of me. It’s my turn now. I pull forward and wait. Three separate cars go thru the drive thru lane to my left. So I say “hello?”. No answer. So I reverse and go thru the lane to the left. While I am getting in the next lane a car pulls into the lane I just pulled out of. I’m at the order box waiting again, and the car to my right goes through. I think to myself “is this a joke!? My husband just fainted and needs this food and this guy is giving me the run around.” Finally he takes my order. I pull forward and pay for my food and tell him that I was waiting there for over three cars and had to move drive thru lanes just to get my order taken. All he says is I’m sorry. Take accountability for your actions. He tells me this is just his job, yes it is your job, it once was my job too and I know you have cameras that show cars waiting. He’s gives me back my receipt and card and I start to drive to the other window. Then he decides to say “maybe go to a different McDonald’s!”. Well sir, if this is how you’re being trained, I want nothing to do with the business of McDonald’s. The story gets better. I pull up to the second window to get my husbands food and ask to speak to a manger. I explain that the cashier was very rude , I explained what had happened in the drive thru and I explained the importance of my husband getting this food now! She explains that she will resolve the issues with her employee. Then I ask her for my food, she asks me to pull over so she can give me some coupon. At this point I’ve had it! I HAD JUST EXPLAINED TO THIS MANAGER THAT MY HUSBAND JUST FAINTED AND NEEDED THIS FOOD AND SHE HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK ME TO PULL OVER SO SHE CAN THEN MAKE IT RIGHT! no. I told her no that I needed my food so I can get it to my husband as soon as I can. I will not be going to this McDonald’s, or the one down the street or even the ones that are in gas stations because this treatment was absolutely ridiculous and...
Read moreBeware of being treated with complete disrespect and even being argued with! I went through the drive thru with 5 hungry children. We had an allergy concern. When I pulled up to the window, the employee started practically throwing the food into my car. I tried to slow him down by asking what the drinks were that he was rapidly passing at me without pause. He said in a very aggravated tone that it was written on the top. I then asked which burger was the no cheese for the allergy, again he snapped that it was written on the burgers. There was nothing written on the burgers, I had opened each one to find the no cheese. I asked him his name and asked if I could speak to his manager. He said she was directly behind him. I explained that was hard to believe for him to be allowed to almost yell at the customers. She came to the window and I told her how unprofessional and rude the employee was. He interrupted us and started yelling at me about how he didn’t do anything wrong. I looked right at her and said I don’t know if he is hot or needs a break but this was unacceptable. She agreed. We drove away 20 mins down the highway to find out we hadn’t received our complete order. I called the store and spoke to the manager again and she said that she could not refund me without my physical card and suggested that I turned back to get our missing items. I called the one 800 number on the receipt and the man did not even want to hear my experience. You could hear him rolling his eyes through the phone. He said that an area supervisor would be reaching out to me. Has the world come to this? Being treated like crap from big corporations meanwhile they take our money, provide horrible service and allow their employees to yell at their customers. Mc Donald’s should be ashamed. Everyone paying them and shrugging off their horrible experiences should be ashamed. I’ll take my $40 for a quick road trip meal elsewhere. My children do not deserve to hear me be yelled at and mistreated for simply trying to get them a meal. Update: still nothing back from corporate or the manager...
Read moreFirst, My wife and I went to this location the day before to order the Rolo mcflurry at around 10:00 at night. We were told their machine was down so we went to a location right down the street on Belliview and they told us the exact same thing. So we decided to leave and come back tomorrow for dinner and the mcflurry. We went to this location and first the person over the drive-thru intercom was rude didn't greet us in anyway just What can I get you? in a heavily accented voice. I had to repeat myself five times just to get my order right. Then we go through and the meal was completely wrong, gave us two 10 piece chicken nugget meals when I order a Double quarter pounder meal and my wife order the New BBQ sandwich. The Rolo Mcflurries just had all of the toppings dumped up topped not even mixed into the thing. We took it back with the receipt the person over the radio was again rude and acted like this is what we order when I showed them the receipt the person rolled their eyes at me and huffed off in anger. When they came back and gave me my meal they practically threw it at me. We left and went home, when I opened the meal my sandwich was again not right, I am allergic to pickles. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant ever. I feel like I need to report this location to...
