First time eating here and what an experience. When I rook my order the order looked like she was high. I asked her what kind of onions, they got. Are they red onions and she said yes. I then asked if I can get my mayo on the bread instead of on the meat. She said yes, we can do that and my wife asked for extra pickles. We took it for take out and when I got home, I found mayo in the middle of the sandwich and not on my bread as requested and my wife and I didn't see any pickles on our sandwich, we got cucumbers instead!!!!!
I called the sandwich shop and asked to speak to the manager. I asked Orion, the Mgr if a customer asks for mayo on bread of they would do that and they said no they are trained to put the mayo in the middle of the bread. I asked even if a customer asks and they said no. I then asked for a mangers or corp number to ask a Mgr myself and they straight up hung up on me. Never eating here again and definitely letting all my friends and family know to never eat there due to bad customer service and hiring people that get high during...

I order two to three sandwiches a week from Snarfâs, and the DU location is consistently the best in the area. This West Highlands location, however, has been hit-or-miss.
I usually get the pastrami sandwich, and over the past several orders Iâve noticed the portion of pastrami getting smaller and smaller. At first, I gave them the benefit of the doubtâprices are going up everywhere, and I figured they were just trying to hold the line on sandwich prices. So I started adding $2 of extra pastrami to make it more like the menu photo. For a while, that worked, and the sandwich looked right.
But my last two orders, even with the extra pastrami added, were back to being very light on meat. At nearly $30 for a seven-inch sandwich delivered to my office, thatâs disheartening. I wish I had a photo to show the difference.
Snarfâs is usually a favorite of mine, but this location has some consistency issues that really...
Read moreNever had a Snarf's sandwich until last week when I used the website and catering menu to place an order for a large sandwich platter for a work event. They had a good selection of sandwiches and sides, each platter gave me a choice of seven different sandwiches cut smaller (for more pieces) or larger (for less pieces), and allowed me to select pickup since I didn't need it delivered. It was ready right on time, presented very nicely in the large box where you could see which sandwich you were getting, and they even provided a bag with plates, napkins, and condiments. I was a bit worried that toasted subs with seasonings and oil wouldn't hold well since it was an hour or so between pickup and our lunch, but they were not soggy at all. Everyone seemed to enjoy what I brought, I thought it was delicious, and not a single piece was left in the box by the time...
