Little Caesars at Belleview Ave and Federal Blvd — Restaurant in Englewood

So I call in to place my order around 2:45 the employee tells me it will be ready in around 20 minutes I show up at 3:05 my pizza is not ready and the manager is the one who is running the register and he tells me he has to make my pizza I say no big deal pay for it and he begins to make it well another lady comes in and she placed an online order and because she did it from her work computer the store manager apparently didn't see her order come through on his end so she went back to her job took a picture of her computer screen came back showed the manager and then he began to make her pizza because she paid for it online she was expecting it to already be ready and to go now I understand things happen but when I get my pizza and I finally make my way home open it up and half the pizza so thin that the sauce is seeping through the bottom of the pizza and the other half of the pizzas so thick it is uncooked and doughy in the middle so I called back and let them know like hey my pizza order is messed up explain to the manager what happened and he says no the pizza is not messed up he made it himself and when he checked it at the very end it was perfect no because the way the pizza was made were half of it was extremely thin and the other half extremely doughy we were not going to eat it we live about 30 minutes away and opposed to the manager just saying hey we will fix our mistake or will come in and reimburse you he never said any of those things but proceeded to fight with me about how know he made the pizza perfectly I let him know that I didn't want the money back I was just calling to let him know like hey you guys messed up my pizza and then I explained to him again how half of the pizzas extremely thin to wear the sauce is coming through the bottom the other half of the pizza is extremely thick the manager begins to blame one of the machines what machine he is blaming I'm unsure and because the fact that I didn't want the money back but I was genuinely expecting them to say hey our mistake will fix it he chose to be extremely unprofessional and fight with me I went and I dug the pizza out of the trash and post pictures of it to show the quality a food that they are sending out now I understand things happen but there is no reason to act as unprofessional has that store...

I got food poisoning for the first time ever here 2 days ago . They haven't done anything about it and won't even listen to me when I call. When I get better, I will be down in person. This is not okay and I'm not going to be disrespected and hung up on when I've been a paying customer for the last 4 years. I've been coming here for 4 years, this is the first I've ever had a complaint here and they just blew me off. The deep dish was raw. The dough was stretchy like cheese 🤮 the chicken wings were bad and the pretzel crust pizza was regular crust. Aside from me missing 3 days of work and feeling like I might need a hospital visit, the least you can do is give me a refund. I've been in the food industry for 25+ years and i will be contacting the health department and corporate. I seen another review that someone else got sick in the same time frame that I got sick and all you do is reply with rude comments to him. I will make sure everyone in the area knows not to go there anymore. If you would have listened and resolved the problem when I called the first time, all of this might have been avoided. I have never had such a horrible experience at little caesars as I did here. And unfortunately, it had to be on the day of my daughters birthday party. I ordered several pizzas for the kids, and did not even bother to check them because I have really never had issues with getting pizza at any little caesars. There are times it has been less than perfect, but what we got was a sloppy disgusting mess that didn't even taste good. As you can see in the photos, it looked like maybe the pizza was rushed when stretching the dough. Very misshapen to the point there was practically no crust to hold. This would not have been such a big deal, but in addition to that the pizza was way under cooked. Soggy and floppy and a mess to try and eat. One pizza was cut so horribly that it was either take a gigantic piece or have a small, deformed one. Not ideal at a party with many people eating. Another pizza was not cut at all and I was having to use a plastic knife to try and cut it as that's all we had. I definitely would never go back here and I feel like I should be offered a refund for this awful mess...
