Very disappointed first off when I called in my order She had told me 15 minutes, I sat in the parking lot for those 15 went inside, she then said that my order couldn't be found, she proceeded to ask if it was door-dash, I then repeated to her that I'm old fashioned and called it in and showed her on my phone what time I called, and at that time it already had been 25 minutes since I placed the order,she then found the order and told the kitchen to get it done ASAP. I finally got my order 40 mins after original call. The Egg foo yung seemed like it was McDonald's from the 70's, when they would have the burgers stacked up waiting to be sold, the fried rice was not fried it was steamed rice w/veggies added and Salt& Pepper Shrimp was just WRONG as in fluffy batter that was wet on the inside and the appetizer that comes with combo plate D-2 egg roll and two won-tons were old, and guaranteed the egg rolls are FROZEN, NO BUENO!!! I'M NVR GOING...

So.. something has changed? This was my go to and I.moved from SC in 2023. I am visiting and excited to get a to go order and it was less than subpar. The kung pao was actually dry and chicken used very fatty dark meat. Steamed rice was overcooked. Egg rolls were soggy and undercooked, very oily. What happened??! The 2 stars are for them refunding a $7 over charge.. check your receipts! I am updating this to a no star rating. The eggrolls have something very off with over seasoning and again very dry, gritty texture, only filling other than spices is cabbage. It’s inedible. This was my favorite chinese restaurant for years. Tonight I called to place an order and the girl that answered put the phone down and forgot about me. I hung up 4 minutes into the call and placed my order online. They called me back to get my credit card because their app doesn't run payments. It's now 8:50 PM, an hour after my expected delivery time and I had to call them to find out they'd forgotten about my order and it will be another 15 minutes. I feel like I'm being reasonable with my rating. Food is good, they are super nice people and I'll continue to support them. Patience...
