I ate here once with a group of friends. I had a steak and it was good. I thought this would be a good place to invite out of town family for Christmas Eve dinner. My mother called several weeks in advance and thought she had made reservations. I too called to confirm and was told we had a reservation. I did have to call back a couple of times because the person who answered the phone didn’t know if they were even open Christmas Eve. That seemed strange to me. I called another time to re confirm and as told by the staff member that they did not have the reservation book in front of them so couldn’t check. How come they couldn’t have put me on hold and go get it? Anyways Christmas Eve I decided to call in a few hours ahead and see if we could com in earlier. The person said “ we don’t have your name on here for a reservation , but it’s not busy so come in when you’re ready” . We showed up about an hour later and were then informed that the kitchen was closed for th evening due to a failure in their venting system. Sure I get that but why didn’t the person I spoke to mention that when I called? We should have gotten a call regarding our “non” reservation reservation warning us that the kitchen was closed due to failed exhaust. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Sure the food was good the one time I went there but I will not be returning there or recommending the place to anyone I know. The 2 stars is for...

This restaurant provided the most fantastic dining experience that my girlfriend and I have had since the start of our relationship! The food was absolutely divine, to use my girlfriend's word. She had the Salmon (which melted in our mouths) on a bed of wilted spinach & white wine horseradish sauce. I had the special t-bone steak (perfectly cooked medium rare) smothered in a delicious mushroom sauce and a twice-baked potato on the side which needed Nothing added (no salt, no butter, etc) was perfect. The olives in my girlfriend's drink, stuffed with drop dead delicious blue cheese (hand made by the restaurant staff weekly), were amazing and simply addictive! Even the cherries they used in my Makers Mark Manhattan were on point!

Top off the food experience of your dreams with a waiter, John, who was beyond fantastic. Every one of his recommendations, including the pinot noir we had to finish the meal, was, simply put, perfect.

So, all in all, our evening was made amazing by this wonderful restaurant and the people that run it. If I could rare this place 10 stars, it would still rank an 11.

Thank you so much for...

Also we had a much nicer and attentive waitress this time so 5 stars now instead of 4 because service so important <3 looking forward to trying their BLT next First post: We have only tried the brunch so far but it was delicious. First time there. We got: Side Pancakes-really tasty however maybe a bit overcooked and tough to tear but flavor yummy! Just not the fluffy texture you might hope for from some pancakes, just a preference French toast with poached eggs- French toast was basic and good , eggs delicious and nicely cooked sweet potato hash-super tasty really liked the cubed and sauted dish Salmon benedict-was expecting lox for some reason, but the grilled salmon was hearty and yummy. We always get the hollandaise sauce on the side, dish had much flavor without it. All in all food yummy and considering what we got felt light and nothing felt heavily oiled. Presentation could be better but I would definitely take taste and experience over appearance anyday Coctail- Woodside old fashion(or something like that) not the best old fashion I've had but was okay. Will definitely go back for a dinner! Will update if we do

I recently visited The Point Kitchen and Bar after hearing about its transformation from a previous restaurant. The new interior design is impressive, with a particularly great feature being the rollup doors that open out to the outside, providing a fresh and airy dining experience. During my visit with a larger party, we tried a variety of dishes and were quite pleased. I personally enjoyed the burger with garlic fries, finding it delicious. Others in my group raved about the salmon Benedict, Cobb salad, schnitzel sandwich, and huevos rancheros as well. The establishment offers outdoor seating in a charming patio area, a bar for sports enthusiasts, and ample parking in their parking lot. The service was noteworthy, especially considering the size of our group. Our food arrived promptly, fresh, and flavorful. I would recommend giving The Point Kitchen and Bar a try if you find yourself in the area. It's a great spot for good food, a pleasant atmosphere, and attentive service.

My First time Here I was Recommended by My Favorite Server Katherine From The Hideout and also was My Only Server at Cafe Cruz. While we Were Talking and I was Eating at the Hideout She said She does Graphic Designs and Did the Logo for Your Restaurant. So I went, Walked in Was seated at a Booth. Ordered The Grilled Pork Chops (2). They Were Delicious it Came with Broccolini Tho it did Not Look Like It looked More Like Spinich. If it was also Bacon Duchess Potato, I didn't See or Taste Bacon? The Server Never Told me if they Change the sides. The Place was Not Busy. My Pretty Server Was Not Too Attentive To me as the Other Server I saw 6 times at Her Two Tables. I will be back again
