Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Livermore

I have been a loyal customer for years but this last time.This all started 8:13pm I called my order in for pickup i got thier at 8:25pm paid for said order them waited until 8:55pm had finally walked up to counter it was a ghost town nobody in sight but the guy making pizza's the owners or managers had walked buy with food for their dinner I guess and took to banquet area that's when everyone disappeared they seem me at the counter no help I got the guy making pizza's attention by ring the bell he was no help he didn't know what to do about my pizza so rather than helping me he goes back to making pizza's I guess he couldn't ask anybody because they were too busy eating ? So I was finally able to ask 1of the delivery ladies were my pizza was and how I have been waiting for some time she asked the guy making pizza's no help from him then she figured it out it was in the pick-up window on the warmer. Thanks too her i finally got my pizza ! I guess it was too hard for the guy making pizza to turn around and try to find my pizza and for the rest of the managers and staff to provide customer service when it's time for them to eat. Well I didn't get the pizza until 9:10pm after all of that I couldn't even eat because a simple thing made harder then ordering and paying and picking had to go on for more than 45min . Because staff was too busy. Pizza was cold I was not going to have them remake it nobody to ask no compensation for the wait ? Just want to say thank you to the delivery person who helped she stepped up when...

Unfortunately this is probably the worst Mountain Mike's location. We ordered pizza to go and when we got home it had no green onions and the crust was so thin it was like it was burnt. We called and asked what could be done. We were on the phone for 15 minutes trying to explain the problem and they only offered a few dollars off our next order. We finally were able to agree for them to remake it. Back into the car we loaded up and headed back. The staff there inspected the pizza and said they'd remake it. He then touched with his bare hands a majority of the slices and then said we could keep the pizza with the issues. No thank you, especially after you touched every slice! Seeing reviews of bare feet and hands touching their feet in the kitchen is disgusting. Also pay attention to all the positive reviews all in the same month and most of them include quotation makes seems suspicious. For the amount of money MM's pizzas cost I would avoid...

This place was a staple for our family. Recently, though coupons have changed to where it really isn't much of a deal. Usually we go for delivery, but seeing as how I was already paying more with these new coupons, this time I chose to pickup. That did it for me. This place leaves lots to be desired when it comes to cleanliness. Upon arrival, it was evident they had an issue with their bathrooms because along the parking lot, they had sewage seeping out of the main sewage line. Then I walked in and had to wait an addition 30 minutes for a pickup I was right on time for. I was told it would be 10 minutes. Well, the wait gave me time to observe the inside of this food serving establishment. The tile was filthy. The carpet, however, was repulsive. The ceiling was all patched up, and it just isn't an environment where I'd take pleasure eating. I wonder what the kitchen looks like, but then again, maybe I don't...
