Starbucks — Restaurant in Livermore

I always come to this Starbucks in the mornings, it is the closest to my house. In the early mornings it is y’all’s slammed and bad service is understandable. Usually I wait and see my mobile order, while they walk past and don’t help me, even when I ask they ignore. Now again it’s busy and I get it, I really do. But today it was much slower than usual and I sat and stared at my coffee getting cold for about 5 mins and no one helped me. There were two girls right in front of me and another walking back and fourth and they all saw me. I then just decide to grab my coffee since it’s been ready for the past 10 mins and one of the girls gave me attitude about grabbing my drink. This isn’t the first time too that I’ve seen or heard these employees give weird attitude towards customers for almost no reason. I shouldn’t have to pay 5 dollars for a cold coffee. These employees need to be trained better and this comes from another...

They are always friendly and fast paced! They are THE best Starbucks I've been to. I have no complain except all Starbucks lines are long but be rest assured ... The lines here move fast! And the wait is never more then 5 min from order to walk out. Also the online service here is on point and they never get a drink order mixed up. (Okay so that happened once but that was my fault for forgetting to ask for almond milk, but totally my fault and they were really cool about redoing the order fast and was out in a jiffy) they are just too cool here! Oh and for those with kiddos they have the just fruit bars here!!! Some Starbucks don't but rest assured...

I feel absolutely annoyed and bored. Today I came for my Starbucks Venti with my family like I usually do 4 or 5 times a week but today they sold me almost the entire cup with ice. 🥲 I don't know how much coffee was in it but it disappeared in one sip. I asked why my cup had so much ice and checked if my order had been with extra ice but the girl with her beautiful curls and glasses just told me a flat "it's like that, it's always served like this." 😥 My husband's and daughter's are not like that and all 3 are venti. I feel frustrated. I think next time I'll order my coffee without ice and an extra...
