Went here on a Sunday evening , 03.23, at around 7 pm and what a mess this place is!! Why do you call yourself a Starbucks if your baristas are incompetent and incapable of basic customer service? I walked in to get some pastries and a lady before me in line keeps walking away from the queue while talking to her husband and ordering at the same time. The barista taking the order didn't greet or acknowledge me and just kept awkwardly waiting and chatting with her coworkers who were leaving their shift, while making me wait in line. Do yourself a favor and learn to regulate the queue for orders? If another customer has her head in her ass while giving her order and behaves like a third rate clown, call her out on it? I then watched her take my order and prepare a customer's drink who ordered after me. All this while I waited for a coffee cake and a vanilla bean pastry. The barista then proceeds to heat the pastries and completely forgets that she left inside the microwave! If I could give like a -2 stars for this place, I would ! You guys are below 0! Read moreI recently had a bad/weird experience here. But I’m rating this store 5 stars because the staff was and is amazing. But the blonde barista was making an order that I saw was mine, and she complained to another customer about how complicated my order was and showed that customer my cup and said “see, orders like this” then thanked that customer for ordering just a regular coffee. Although I did want to confront her, I figured she’s probably having a bad day and needed a break, plus I saw Jacqueline (who was one of the baristas that greeted me when I first came to the store) and I didn’t want to make it awkward for her and the other staff that did nothing wrong. I work nearby so I come to this Starbucks a lot and I was socially shy at first and not sure what to order until I got recommendation from the staff. Read moreDon't come to this location if you're short on time: I usually order things that are quick like drip coffee and/or an oatmeal. When I used to order in the store, I found that my order was consistently forgotten about. I found out it was because my order doesn't generate a sticker like other more complex orders and since the Starbucks crew is very sticker oriented, if there's no sticker, there's a high chance it needs extra reminders to get done. So I moved to mobile orders. Now a sticker is generated by default. But I still find that they forget the spoon for the oatmeal or it just takes consistently longer than I would have hoped. Today the oatmeal was the first thing ready and I had to wait 5+ min for a drip coffee to be poured (which is pressing a button).
