I really hope it was just my 1 time experience, but this was the worst burger I have ever had. I am a huge burger guy and I couldn't eat more than 2 bites of this burger. However, I can imagine it was just a bad luck experience. The problem was with the way it was cooked. My bun was hardish, kinda stale, felt more like a pretzel than bread. It was definitely not meant to be like that. Then my burger tasted like plain meat put on the grill, no seasoning whatsoever. Lastly something about the burger just felt wrong. I'm from the Midwest where we have a huge variety of this style of restaurant that are usually amazing. Like I said, I hope it was my single experience, but I likely won't go back in...

I had a really strange and disappointing experience trying to contact this business. I called around 7 PM to check if they were still open, and instead of a normal response, I was met with what sounded like a prank — some kind of voice-over or soundboard with obviously fake, pre-recorded responses. It was clear that someone was intentionally messing around, and I honestly couldn’t believe it. I’ve never had this happen when calling a business before. If this is how they treat customers over the phone, it’s incredibly unprofessional...

The staff here was super unfriendly. Not a smile, no eye contact. No extra words. Just "combo?" "24.99" "receipt" .

The food was terrible. If you picture a bun in a dumpster that was my bun. Dried out, squeezing it made it crumble. The burger had zero taste the tomatoes were yellow the jalapenos were yellow. The ice cream through was dripping down my arm the second they handed it to me. And didn't taste good. On. 10 scale I give this place a 1.7... the .7 is because it was...
