McDonald's — Restaurant in Livingston

Horrible service.... paid for 8 McChicken sandwiches and was shorted 4 of them.... went inside and told them we were short literally half of our order... they took our food and went to the back, came back a few minutes later and said that the person who put the order in our bag put all 8 burgers in our bag... which was not true at all. They handed me our bag thru the third drive thru window and immediately we noticed we didn't get all our food and we immediately parked and took the bag with the 4 burgers inside... I asked for a manager. The manager named dianna came out and I told her what happened... she said that she had just gotten their so she was unsure but the person who packed our order Saud that he put 8 burgers in our bag... I told the lady. There was only 4 and asked if she could possibly look at cameras to confirm that 8 had been put in my order and she told me no she could not she even brought someone from the back to tell me they put 8 in our bag. We Literally didn't get half the food we paid for and she told me she couldn't give me the burgers that were not in the bag and she said she wasn't gonna give me the food so I asked for a refund then for all the food and tried to give her the 4 burgers back and she told me no she couldn't give me the food...

I recently visited McDonald’s with my family, and it was a quick and convenient stop that delivered exactly what we expected. This location needs better customer service. There’s times I go in there and have great service but mostly not. I have better service in the drive thru. To I went inside to place an order and I was told I had to use the keyboard instead of standing in line like I always do when paying with cash. I was the next person to be waited on. I said to the lady well I’m paying with cash I don’t think it’s right for me to have to stand in 2 lines and she told me it’s there policy which I don’t think that’s right 🤔. Then there was a couple that walked in and the wife was on the keyboard ordering there food one of the workers said to the man I can take your order here, he replied this one doesn’t work I’m here with my wife and the worker said oh well then just don’t stare at me say something and walked off. This location is extremely rude what kind of customer service is this. I understand you have keyboards in there now and you want people to use them but dang you shouldn’t have to especially when paying with cash... and the workers my goodness I don’t want to go back. I think I will stick to the drive tru for now on when...
