Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Livonia

I called this store and ordered pizza on a Saturday night thinking since it’s only 2 miles down the road this would be a no brainer and boy was I wrong. For some strange reason they tried to tell me they didn’t deliver to my apartment but told me to call Plymouth store. After calling Plymouth they took my order and said that I’m sorry, your store is the Haggerty Rd location, and you can guess what happened when I called haggerty road hungry howies. Now, let me say that after the whole ordeal was done, the ford and Haggerty Rd. Took care of me and apologized for the livonia locations “selective” delivery process. I have never been so embarrassed and frustrated at a simple process made difficult. Livonia you know what your delivery area is, and to blatantly lie for no reason, to discriminate where and to whom you will service when they are your franchises area responsibility, and without reason I.e bad experiences, tips, safety is deplorable business. I got my pizza from haggerty In 25 minutes. After your manager/csr tried to discourage my order by quoting me a 90 minute Delivery time I knew something wasn’t right. What awful customer service and policy. I order last night, finally get my delivery. Driver says oh man, I forgot your salad. I’ll run it back up. Gets in his car and leaves. Never to be seen again. It’s about 11 pm now. I’ll just call in the morning. So I do, I ask for the manager. Not sure if I even got one after I stated why I was calling. So I tell him. Very calmly I would say even stating things happen, I’d just like a refund. He proceeds to tell me since it’s the next day he can give me only a credit for a Pepsi and a cookie. The last few times I have picked up my order from here I was really disappointed in the service, I walked in and I saw multiple people working yet it took atleast 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me, I almost didn't want to order from here again even though it is the closest pizza place from my apartment. I ordered again tonight hoping it would be better, and it was. As soon as I walked in I saw 1 person in the store and I heard I will be right with you, 30 seconds later a girl came up, and cashed me out with my order. She was very nice and prompt, her name was Diamond. I told her she was the fastest friendliest person that I have seen work there. Please give her a raise.
