I was here Friday Aug. 9 around 11:00AM. My husband and I are regulars, but a crew of girls completely ruined my experience and it was not by accident. There were no other customers in the shop or drive thru, just me. I went through the drive through and ordered a BRAGEL. After I ordered the person asked if I wanted “cream cheese on the BAGEL” so I reiterated that I ordered a Bragel and not just a bagel and the person who was taking my order snapped back at me saying “ITS THE SAME THING!” I paused, then ordered my coffee and went to the window. The entire team was laughing the whole time as if they were proud that they yelled at a customer while I wanted for my food/drink. This goes against Biggbys mantra to try to make customers have a better day. I am not sure why young girls act like this, but I hope other customers are not treated the same, very unprofessional and uncalled for. Read moreThis was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a coffee shop. I went to Biggby Coffee this morning for a small iced coffee that cost 4.55 and paid with 100.55 in cash. The cashier gave me incorrect change and immediately insisted she was right. No matter how many times I explained that the change was wrong she refused to listen and kept telling me I must have misplaced the money.
It was beyond frustrating because instead of double checking she treated me like I was lying. Only when the manager came out and checked the register did they find the mistake sitting right there.
Even after that when I asked for the corporate number to report the issue the staff refused to give it to me. The coffee itself was fine but the customer service was absolutely terrible. I will not be back and if you expect to be treated like a human or receive good customer service do...
Read moreThe staff is great but the music is ALWAYS on full blast and way too loud to have a conversation or even read a book...even with headphones on.
UPDATE: I've visited again and nothing has changed. Downgrading review to a 1-star.
Mr. owner, I can appreciate creating a lively atmosphere, but it can be done without putting the music on full blast. Other places do it and have just as much fun. I, nor anyone else, should have to ask for this reasonable volume. It is a coffee shop, not a club. I drink a ton of coffee and you're losing my business. Also, I seriously doubt customers genuinely ask you to turn the music up more and stay for it. On the positive side, your baristas are fairly helpful and I appreciate that. Too bad I won't frequent there...
