The cashier named DJ is the rudest individual I have experienced in a long time. My husband and I used to really enjoy coming to this location and never had a problem with any of the cashier's or waitresses. There was an obvious chest hair in my husband's food which was found after he ate about 4 mouthfuls🤮, the soda was very watery tasting,to the point where we literally only took 1 sip and asked for waters instead. Our appetites were obviously turned off after finding the hair. We very nicely and quietly advised our waitress of the hair. My husband was going to just pay for the whole bill even though he only took 4 bites and 1 sip. I asked to have his meal and the drinks removed, I ate most ofy meal so I had no issue with paying for it. Our waitress advised the cashier, who came to our table with an instant attitude and very rudely asked if we wanted my husband's meal remade, we didn't want to eat anymore so we kindly declined. She yelled at us that she wasn't removing the drinks from the bill. And proceeded to make a spectical out of the situation by yelling at my husband. • Update February 2024, gave them another try, ordered again through GrubHub. Burger looked like it had been nuked tasted gross, asked for well done fries they were incredibly soggy, wanted a slice of coconut cream pie didn't receive it instead got a strawberry cheesecake. Not at all happy will not be ordering from here again. *

Ordered through Grub Hub for pickup and the order was ready on time which was nice.

However we were in a rush to get somewhere so we didn't hang about to check the food in the bag which has been stapled several times. Understandible for delivery people but a bit of overkill for the person who is eating it being the one picking it up.

Upon finally opening the bag we noticed that our order was messed up, missing a side of sauce we asked for, fries were not that well done or crispy and there were the wrong toppings on the burgers we ordered.

As a group we have ordered from this place a few times in the past using different delivery services and had similar experiences, including one time when fries were missing.

Best to order face to face from this place (if at all) and check everything is right before they bag it and seal it up, because using delivery services or online apps seems to...

My husband ordered us breakfast (we have been together 14 years) gets all the way home and my food is wrong. I go back to see if they made a mistake gave mine to someone else whatever. Ive been in the same boat stuff happens. I was polite about everything at first. Saying this is the wrong order and was wondering if I could get what he ordered for me.
