It really takes a lot for me to post a bad review on here. I would give zero stars if I could. My husband and I came to eat here for the very first time today during happy hour. We were so excited to try the place out! I will say that they do greet everyone very well but after that expect to be invisible. Upon being sat in the bar area our waitress came over and seemed bothered to have to take our order . We ordered drinks and an appetizer. We said we still needed time to decide . After some time our appetizer came out… still no drinks, the appetizer and was dropped off by someone other than our waitress. We had no silverware or plates no napkins . How am I supposed to eat without it ? We waited for a while to see if our waitress would come back to take our order and so we could also ask for silverware. Nothing crickets … I have to stand up and flag down our server by the bar .. she never came over I said .. can I get silverware she said yeah silverware . Then did absolutely nothing. She came over and just handed us our drinks finally and NO SILVERWARE. Finally someone brings us plates and silverware. After we ate the appetizer and finished our drinks …. About 30 min. We still haven’t seen our waitress to take our order . We finally said enough is enough we are invisible and ignored we decided to not waste our money at this establishment . We had to flag her down for our bill after waiting forever we paid and dipped. I’ve never had such a horrible restaurant experience . So much staff standing around so much staff chatting when there were hardly any customers and with that much staff standing around it should not have been so hard to serve us properly. Took almost an hour just to get a water, even though after asking 4 or more times for my drink, her response being an eye roll and "I didn't forget your water". The waitress started intentionally avoiding our table and our attempts at getting any kind of service from her at all. I can't even tell you how many times this woman rolled her eyes at us. She finally brings me a water almost an hour after asking, and I'm assuming it's because she sees the manager at our table talking to us. She forgot our alcoholic beverages at the bar and we had to ask multiple times over 35 minutes just for those. The waitress was digging at her nose and scratching all over her face while taking our orders. I don't know what she was high on, but she couldn't function at all doing her job. The manager stated she has had problems with that waitress all night, but still tried to defend the restaurant and make us feel like we were somehow in the wrong for having the worst dinner imaginable. We canceled our food order and the manager took the appetizers and food off the bill, also making it feel like she was doing us a favor. She's lucky everyone ordered po boys and tenders, not the 100$ bags of seafood. Walking out, she ran up to me giving me a key chain present for my birthday dinner that we never got, and continued to make us feel like we were doing something wrong by leaving. Read moreI went to celebrate my granddaughter’s birthday. Waitress was nice, but when I received my food I was very dissatisfied/disappointed. I stated to the waitress that it looked as though they scraped the bottom of the barrel for crab legs. She spoke to someone in the kitchen and they stated they could not cancel my order, even though I did touch the food at all. The manager Edward came to the table and offer me a another stack of crab legs which took about thirty minutes to come out, mind you the food waitress brought earlier is sitting on the table cold. Took about thirty minutes before crab legs came out, at this time everybody had eaten and was leaving, so I did not get a chance to share a meal with my granddaughter. What happen to satisfying the customer, because at this point I told him he could call Roseville police. As I stated to the manager Edward I work in healthcare and I’m not always happy of the approach of some of our patients/family, but I do what I have to to satisfy the situation. The waitress came with one bill and then came with a different one which was more. When leaving the restaurant I was stop/approached by a staff member to to say we were 26 cent short. Too much for me I again will never or suggest this place to anyone😡
