Subway — Restaurant in Livonia

Truly whoever is working today when I went in TO PICK UP MY ONLINE ORDER, I was locked out the building and made to stand outside for 10 minutes because they did not make it known they were not serving because they were “OUT OF BREAD”. How does a well known sub place run out of a main ingredient? That’s by far poor management and team skills. Even if there 2-3 people working a week someone should have noticed the low amount of bread. Not only that but holding your arms up to make a X to show your closed is heavily unprofessional put up a sign or unlock the door and let customers know your unable to do orders. Should not accept an online order if you can’t make it, wasted my lunch and now I gotta wait 5 day for a refund because people can not manage the bare minimum to do a job.

7 months later it’s only gotten worse, did a remodel for what? You guys should just close waisted my entire lunch hour watching walk in get their food before my online order was even recognized. Then the girl in the front had the audacity to tell me “just a second”. I’ve already waited an hour on a sandwich order I placed 20 mins before I came here. Don’t waste your time money or energy on this subway. There good at making excuses and neglecting the simple things. It’s ridiculous anyone would have to wait an HOUR for a pre placed order. Wish I could have captured all of the fruit flies in a photo. Mold on the drink machine. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch, then got to the end of line and asked for ranch and the guy said “No Ranch.” I was like “Oh dang I would have totally got something else if I knew you didn’t have ranch when I ordered the chicken bacon ranch!” And he just stared at me. I asked for the combo that comes with 2 cookies and a small fountain drink. He says “okay go pick your drink out of the cooler” I said “I wanted a fountain drink actually if that’s okay” and he said “Uh, yeah just take this one” and pointed at the large drink cup. So I took that one, only to be charged like $2 more. I was just so over it I grabbed my sandwich and went to fill my drink where I saw hoards of fruit flies and what looked like it could be mold on the ice machine. All of the tables were nasty too, clearly nobody does a lap to wipe them down with sanitizer like they’re supposed to. Literally will never come here again. No matter what you do, never ever go here. I used to come to this location regularly and never had a problem with them. When I went today they took about 5 minutes to start my order, which normally I wouldn’t care about but there was no one in front of me and they were focusing on a doordash order.

Then they finally asked me what I wanted. I told them the size and bread type. Then I was ignored for a moment and asked the same question after he finished helping someone restock something, in the middle of me ordering. The he asked me the same thing a third time.

Finally, the absolute worst of all is the cleanliness. I wouldn’t feed a dog in that restaurant, let alone people. It’s obvious it doesn’t get cleaned regularly, there are fruit flies and gnats everywhere. Someone should call the inspector on this place before...
