Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lock Haven

It was awful. Not only was the store dirty just absolutely filthy, sticky floor, crumpled up napkins and straw wrappers. It was 10AM!! Why was it so filthy that early?! Or why was it looking that way at all?... After standing at the 'place order' end of the counter waiting to be helped, everyone just looked at me as if i was an alien.... I had to ask for somebody to take my order because they were all too busy standing there talking. Then after only ordering 2 Donuts, no fancy drink, no sandwich, NOTHING but donuts.. It was literally on the shelf behind them...I watched everybody else that had ordered their iced fancy drinks and stuff get served their drinks and stand around chit chatting and whatnot and still nobody paid any attention to me standing there.... So after making eye contact with several of the workers and listening to a conversation of an employee tell some customer how much he hated his job there at Dunkin Donuts, I had to ask somebody to get me my donuts and again I had to retell them what kind of donuts I wanted and inform him that I had already paid because the person that took my order was too busy standing there gossiping and I was even nice enough to leave a $2 tip. But that was before my terrible service, it was when I had initially paid for my Donuts. The tip jar should definitely be placed at the pick-up counter and not the place order counter. I will never ever step foot in there again and I'm sure that it doesn't matter to Dunkin Donuts either way, but people should know that this particular store is absolutely ridiculous and...

The staff are amazing and friendly and always say hello to me and ask me how I have been.

The donuts & all other food items are always cooked just right and exactly how they should be. 🍩🍩🍩 I’ve been to few other dunkin stores in the surrounding areas and those other stores always mess my order up or burn the food or something goes wrong. Not this store though!! They are on point everyday! 💯💯💯 My favorite thing to order is: Cold Brew Coffee with Sweet Cold Foam Or Iced Coffee 🧋🧋🧋 Every time I go to this store they make my coffee exactly how I love it and it tastes so amazing every time!! Again other dunkin stores I’ve been to around never make my coffee right either whereas the Lock Haven Dunkin never fails to make it exactly as ordered and the way it is supposed to be but better!!

I highly recommend this particular Dunkin store as I am a huge fan of Dunkin in general and this is the only store I’ve ever had such a great experience at every time I go!! I make it a point not to go to any other stores but this one in Lock Haven because they go above and beyond!!

Me and my boyfriend went through this morning and first of all: the speaker didn’t pick up his voice very well so we had to repeat, which isn’t the staffs fault. But she took awhile to respond to us even when she heard us? Then we ordered a chicken wrap and they were out but didn’t tell us until we got to the window so we got the chorizo wrap instead (which isn’t reason enough for a bad review but did add to the experience) THEN after we finally got our food and drove off my avocado toast had no bacon, I thought we may have been misheard so I checked the receipt and no, we were charged for the bacon. My boyfriend needed to get to class and I can’t drive without glasses so I couldn’t get it fixed. The lack of bacon didn’t make the toast inedible, but it was still a let down on an already...
