Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lockhart

6-3-22 Review - POSITIVE - Ordered through app with no issues. 9-19 min est for carry out which was nice, no long wait. Price for what I ordered was what I'd spend at Little Ceasers or Pizza Hut.

NEGATIVE - I Ordered all pizzas to be made with extra sauce but they were made the complete opposite, they could not have been any drier. Then 1 pizza was not even cut!?!?! It was just a whole pizza in the box. As I tried to cut it myself with a good pizza cutter I had....I couldn't. It was hard...not quite rock hard but close. It was ridiculous. Not sure what went wrong there but it was an unedible pizza. I ordered all pizzas the same and yet they look different. Then when I went to pick up the pizza, I paid for my order, got the change and realized I wanted to get ranch. I asked to buy 2 ranch cups and couldn't get an accurate price... ??? My original order total was $25.94, which I paid, she then tells me okay I owe her $27 and change and I was like umm already paid for the pizza so she says just give me $2. I had to wait a bit and she walks back with a penny.... Confused I asked how much the ranch were, if they were $1 each and she says no..... I still wasn't given the cost. I mean it's fine if they are $1 each, it's a little much but I get it and that's fine... I just want to know. Especially because if I don't like the cost I know for next time and don't order it again.

I am not satisfied at all. Mostly unhappy with a whole, very hard, uncut, unedible pizza that I was given. It was wasted money. Still not happy about the others but at least they could be eaten (completely dry not the tiniest bit of sauce to be tasted). Why have a variety of sauces for pizza if they aren't going to have enough to be tasted.

I haven't called to complain and am debating it. Pizza Hut needs to reopen already.

Previous Reviews - The last 3 orders have been terrible. The ETA i was given changed by the minute. My pizza was delivered to the next door neighbors instead of my address so didnt get food til 2 hours later. Another day I ordered 3 pizzas and breadsticks and received 1 pizza and some weird thing in another box. Today again the eta changes min by min for 20 min and I get hung up on when i call to find out whats going on. Unhappy and/or upset customer aparently isnt something this location deals with. I started with just a customer with questions on my order and when to actually expect it and that was too much aparently. Liberty is the name of the person supposedly that i was hung up on by. I called back and spoke to someone saying they were the supervisor and was given that name as the person who hung up on me. I don't appreciate being treated this way especially when i wasn't being disrespectful, wasnt yelling or using bad language, I was just simply trying to get an acurate ETA. Tired of the non stop mistakes and being treated so poorly. I am paying more to get delivery for the food, I pay additional delivery fees and paying tip... it adds up and I am okay with paying it to get what I order and in a time window close to when they give me for estimated time of deliver. ...but why if they arent going to accurately fulfill my order and it take 2, 3 or 4x the amount of time it was suppose to take because they delivered to the wrong address and/or sometimes just end up driving around 30+ min in Lockhart as I watch on the tracking app to finally get delivered. The manager was the worst. So rude. She had the nerve to call the police over me sitting in the store minding my own business. I was at the table meeting someone there. An employee came over and said I couldn't conduct interviews at their location (on a Sunday?) and I stated I was just filling out some paperwork. They have tables inside this store for people to sit down. I've never had a problem before, so why now? He stated I couldn't be there and I needed to leave and I asked for a manager. The manager came out screaming saying, "You need to leave right now or I'm calling the cops." What the.....????........ I asked politely to speak to a manager and I get yelled at? I let her know that if she felt the need to do so then she should call them. So, she did. Now, I am posting this review to let people know how horrible management was there. The town knows through social media, and the people I was with order from there often through their work and are taking business elsewhere. I have reached out to corporate. We will see where...

I usually love Dominoes. Never disappointed...until Last Tuesday evening. I called and spoke with a young lady. I ordered a large, hand tossed chicken taco pizza for delivery. I waited, and waited, and waited for over an hour. I called and a young man answered. He said yes it’s ready for carry out. I said no sir I ordered for delivery. I was upset and told him I better get my pizza in fifteen minutes. The phone went dead. I called back and he answered and said something about getting my pizza there in 15 minutes. So I said sorry for being upset and he said we will get it made and out to you. Well, we did get the pizza and a bottle of coke. Coke was peace offering I guess. Our pizza arrived. It didn’t really look appealing, there were maybe 7 or 8 small, very small, pieces of chicken, some chunks Of tomatoes small also and I’m pretty sure it had some cheese but I wouldn’t bet money. Very bland. The most awful pizza I have ever seen or tried to eat. Next time we’re hungry maybe we will have bread...
