Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Lockhart

My girlfriend and I placed an order together. I ordered 2 hawaiian sliders and soup then she decided that she wanted 2 hawaiian sliders too. Then I looked at our receipt and we were charged $6 for each of the 2 hawaiian sliders. I remembered looking on the website and seeing 4 sliders for $8. So I wondered why the lady charged it that way. We went back to her and asked then she argued with us and said because we made two different orders...but customer service wise... wouldn't you just charge the $8 for 4 and keep your customers satisfied. Especially when it all was in the same order to begin with!!! She was very rude. I'm sure you can pick her out if you ever deal with her. Look at one of the pictures and see how they package it! (TOGETHER) (ONE ORDER!!!) Oh yeah so my advice is to be very specific especially if you are ordering 2 of the same on one order and make sure you aren't being charged as if they were separate orders. Also the sign of this picture make sure they charge you right and not separate the items listed that they are...

WORST SCHLOTZKYS IN TEXAS. WARNING:

Pretty much never have potato soup. I've ordered it multiple times on the app and when I get there they say they are out and can't refund the money because I ordered through the app. Has happened 3 times now so 1 star rating for bad customer service.

UPDATE: after calling and complaining I finally got a replacement soup for the many times they charged me and didn't deliver. Unfortunately the highschool kids that work here thought it funny to give me watery uncooked potatoe soup wich was inedible. I ordered a sandwich to go with it and the meat smelled like it was rancid. Seriously take a word of advice and just avoid this place until it hopefully goes out of business. LITERALLY better off buying taco bell or McDonald's. Barf

Went back to give them another chance on 1/16/23 and it was just as awful as ever. Still cannot get a simple order correct. Didn't add bacon or olives or tomatoes to my sandwich even though it says it right on the ticket. Pray for...

Update:

Sandwich sizes are now, small, medium, and giant. The better buy is one giant sandwich rather than two mediums unless you really like crusty bread edges.

Schlotzsky's offers cazones. You can specify your favorite ingredients. I don't like yellow cheese.

The iced tea is good and the ice is crushed.

The bread is fresh, the meat is salty and greasy! Delicious. You can get the veggie, it's good too. The chicken is a lower calorie/fat option. To talk about healthy options dump the chips and the soda.

This location is new, clean, and friendly. The restaurant is squeezed into a corner lot right on US183. There is limited parking but there is parking front and back. Beware of the drive-through. It's narrow and difficult to navigate. I would not try to get my truck...
