Again, McDonald's is super consistent as far as food is concerned. The only difference is the quality of service. This McDonald's does not disappoint. As one thats been in town the longest, it seems like they get it. In order for them to distinguish themselves from the new players, they have to deliver a great experience. Namely good ol' fashioned service with a smile. Now if I could only convince them to go back to saying...." Welcome to McDonalds! May I please take your order."
Edit: This McDonald's has always been nice to me and my Autistic son, for which I'm grateful. However, today I observed an elderly woman who ordered a McDouble who thought it included tomato and lettuce. After explaining to the woman that it did not include these ingredients, they offered to give her money back; instead of simply putting on a slice of tomato and some lettuce. The lady clearly wanted the sandwich instead of her money, but they didn't budge. They lost a sale and a customer most likely; all for the sake of a few cents. The manager could have been a hero, but she made an executive decision in the other direction. The wrong one in my opinion.
Another edit: In a time when good service is in short supply it was refreshing to have a nice employee named Raymond to attempt to make conversation with my special needs son. I told Raymond that my son was not verbal because I didn't want Raymond to think my son was being rude... But he just smiled at my son and made a few more nice comments. Thank you so much! I'm smiling as...
Read morePast 3 times ive been here ive had a distasteful experience. Called last week to get some food replaced because the fries were mostly undercooked/raw in the middle. They were almost completely white on the outside..The nuggets tasted very strange/greasy/burnt and i got HI-C instead of fanta but i didnât even mention the soda.. They told me ask for Jacqueline. I sent my dad back today with the sticky receipt with the name written on it so he could remember, and they said that no Jacqueline worked there and that was the wrong receipt.. Mind you, âJacquelineâ never asked me to bring a receipt at all, she just told me come back and mention her name and rushed me off the phone. So they didnât replace the food. My dad still spent money there and some of the fries were undercooked, again. Not as bad as last time but still not good. The lack of manners/courtesy from some of the associates at this location is a turn off alone. A few weeks before this I ordered a shamrock shake and asked the cashier nicely if he could do half sham/chocolate. He charged me $.50 for it, even though it was obviously no trouble and he wasnât doing anything else at the time. I get that all the time and no other location has ever told me i have to pay for it. Is it worth being petty for that $.50 or to keep the order of fries you messed up when you lose a customer?...
Read moreThis place is ridiculous. 3 issues in 7 visits. First issue - They added cheese to the sausage egg biscuit (wife hates cheese). Cheese doesn't come on this item otherwise I would say no cheese. Ok fine, it happens, didn't provide feedback. Second issue - completely gave me the wrong bagel sandwich. We ended up throwing it out, and provided feedback. Resolution - was given a replacement meal for a future date. Today - Both hashbrowns were missing from the bag. When informed the employee items were missing, she responded in a fed-up tone "what's missing?"I informed her and with no words, she took the bag and walked away. No "I'm sorry let me get that fixed" or anything. I'm so fed up, I get the missing items and race home to eat breakfast with my family. We sit down and guess what, cheese on the sausage egg biscuit AGAIN. We never even used the replacement meal certificate and now have no desire to go back....
