2024 update: best chili cheese fries in town by far

Torpedo still goated sub, best there is. Feels bad spending like 15$ on the king size tho. Still love it.

One time gf asked for chili cheese fries but they gave us normal fries. when she went back in to get an exchange the guy told her he doesn't remember her ordering chili cheese fries. In the end she still got the replacement but I wanted to include this. Still, I've had really friendly interactions here despite this. Id rate sub city a 3.5 out of 5.

Review from 2020: Love the torpedo, always my go to sub. Chili cheese fries are so gud. Considering the price, burgers are pretty good. Like the Italian beef, friend enjoyed their gyros. Love this place, especially since this is basically the only food joint open...

Grabbed lunch at this sweet little place in Lockport, just down from The Studio today...craved rib tips-ijs.

Best French fries I have had in Years! Super crispy, and fluffy inside. Nice and hot, and they stood up to the sauce all the way back to work, for a crispity-crunchity-saucy treat. 😋😋😋 The Tips were T3nder/Tasty and the sauce was boss! 💞❤️‍🔥💞❤️‍🔥

One sweet young'n rang me up, while a very polite woman prepped my plate and gave me all the sauce I wanted (a lot!), and a funny gent demonstrated how to perfectly slice a large pickle into quarters without cutting the foil paper for the young'n, with the customary, "give 'em the pickle" joke to boot!

What a joy! Felt like Mom-n-Pop were back in town.

Food is good but that fat lady that works the afternoon shift has the worst attitude and plays favoritism with people of her own kind it’s not right. This is my second time witnessing this and to be honest she needs to get fired. I wanted to buy the same thing to see if I’ll get charged the same amount and what do you know my price is different than the price of the guy who bought the same thing. I went their with a group of friends before and she give out the worst attitude to everyone if she’s not good with customers service than she needs to find a better job and leave this job for...
