I went to the Gaylord Building. I've not been there in a couple decades. I now remember why: The main door is not easily handicap (wheelchair) accessible. The door is heavy, no electronic button to open it, and the most eritating issue is the left side door is locked!! Even having a friend with, it was definitely a struggle to get inside using a wheelchair. I'd guess a stroller could also have problems. I know it's a very old building; there is an elevator once you get inside. It would've been extremely helpful if there was someone in the 1st floor area to unlock the left door. Once inside we discovered all sorts of information about Lockport & the area. There's a gallery display on each floor. Something new and interesting for people who've not been there. It also has a up scale restaurant in side. We went specifically for Gallery 7 today with a friend to see the art work of Holly Dubs. We very much enjoyed the art, especially different colors and styles. There were a few occasions that I noticed something in the picture that my friend didn't and vice-versa. We went mid afternoon and had the place to ourselves. If you get the chance you should see it.

Nice Place ... Nice Ambiance ... Nice Workers ... I got the PotRoast, my Wife got the StirFry Chicken... She said that the chicken was dry, and it wasn't much flavor at all. She also said that the vegetables were soft not Crisp... Food seemed to need more seasoning .. However it was nicely presented .. staff was nice, ambiance was awesome, and the outside area of the restaurant it's a really nice spot to take photos ...

The restaurant is amazing, service is quick, and very polite. The poutine was surprisingly good. They serve craft beer from a brewery down the street. I wish I had space in my luggage, I would have definitely brought a 6 pack to take with me. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to visit the gallery, I will add to the list the next time I visit.

Public landing Banquet space we rented for an event was adequate, food good, but one of the servers had an "attitude" and wasn't very nice. We felt rushed and food and dinnerware was removed so fast! They were taking down tables before we even left! One of our guests ( who was included in our headcount) was late and we offered to buy an additional dinner, because they had removed the food, and we were told it was too late, the kitchen was closed and it...
