WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever!!!!! I called to ask about different boots for my husband, they were extremely rude and barely helped me over the phone. When I went to the store the girl was horrible. So rude and mean and snotty. I asked her who ruined her day and why she had such an attitude and she said I did because I called them over the phone and asked about boots. And then she said oh your welcome I gave you the discount for your husband even though I wasn’t supposed to so your welcome. Who says that? Anyways we will never buy ANYTHING from them again. You have a job and can’t even act right. Oh well. Their loss.

Their return policy is junk, I purchased a pair of boots (my second from them) that are now hurting my feet and I can't return them because they have been worn.
