White Oak Library District: Lockport Branch — Attraction in Lockport

Went here to print something out and had no way to pay for printing. I do not carry cash on me. I wish this library would get up to speed with the modern times and allow people to pay for printing with a card, or at least even have an ATM in the area.

I have changed my review to 4 stars from the original 1. I greatly appreciate their reasoning for their coin boxes. Im just glad that they are moving towards this. Thank you guys for the response.

Ever since they renovated the building it's been great! While the building is still small, it doesn't feel as cramped, dark. and 1960's as I remember it being as a kid. It's a much more brighter place now with small study and activity rooms, and I feel as if I can actually hang out there. There's also a computer lab, teen area, and kids area (I can't really comment on those, since I am no longer a kid or teen, haha). Before today's incident I was very happy about this place and friendly staff. Today when we returned books, my 5y kid, who is can't wear a mask (have a medical exemption) was unfriendly asked to stay at home, rather to come to choose books, because he was without mask. I don't understand, how schools accept med exemption and the library don't even listen to you. It's was rude, discriminating and we left without books. Sad, but in the future we won't use this...
