The service leaves a lot to be desired. Slow is an understatement. We have not been impressed with anything but the calzone. We have been here 4 times. Once during the day and 3 times at night. Service was slow every time, except for the last time when we sat at the bar. We have had pizza twice, calzone, Alfredo, and a sub sandwich. Even thought we did not receive the calzone we ordered (thank goodness we do not have allergies, that could have been a bad situation) it was the best we have had. What upsets me more then the slow service and the bad food is how the staff talks about customers to others and choices who they want to serve and who they don’t. It truly is one of those local spots that if you aren’t one of the clique they treat you like trash. As grown adults spending $60-$100 once a week in your establishment, if you can not handle a customer telling you you served them the wrong order then DONT MIX UP ORDERS! Also learn that service, good service, is golden and is your job if you are a server. I will not be back but know when you go don’t vocalize your complaints they don’t like...

As a loyal customer of Lovin Oven for many years, it truly saddens me to say that my last few visits haven't lived up to the high standards I've come to expect.

My most recent experience, in particular, highlighted a concerning decline in attention to detail and a disappointing lack of integrity. Our garlic bread, usually a favorite, arrived practically buried in oregano – it looked as if the lid had come off during sprinkling. While mistakes happen, what was most frustrating was that both the chef and our waitress clearly saw the state of the bread before it was served, yet it still made it to our table without any offer to remake it. We ended up having to scrape off most of the oregano just to eat the bread plain.

While the pizza we ordered was still good, this incident reflected a lapse in quality control and a surprising lack of care from the staff. For a place I've frequented for so long, this decline is truly disheartening. I sincerely hope Lovin Oven can address these issues and return to the high standards I've always...

I have frequented this restaurant for 6yrs the last 3 times I have ordered pizza with extra cheese there hardly any was added to the slices due to my prior good experiences I did not complain. However on the very next visit the same thing happened I called the waitress and spoke to her about and she agreed that there was no extra cheese and corrected it today I again ordered a slice with extra to my surprise there was none this time I spoke with the manager and she said there was. Explained to her that I am just asking for what I paid for and that there was no extra cheese at all … please understand I am not unreasonable nor do I want something for nothing I can say with no embellishment there was absolutely no extra cheese on the slice. I believe they are trying to preserve their ingredients by shortchanging their customers. I will no longer buy anything from this restaurant. You will not get what...

No idea why but beware this place has a pick up fee? It’s a percentage of what you spend it gets higher the more you order like a 2nd tax. PLUS an online ordering fee. The prices are on the higher side for a smaller sized pizza? 55$ for 3- 14in pizzas (medium) and ones a cheese, not sure why? The pizza is 4/10. If you don’t eat it hot, the crust gets really tough. An it could use some seasonings. Even the Main Street with like 7 toppings is just missing something flavor wise. An the cheese is just not cheesy enough like it should be spreading when you pull the pizza apart it just splits. If a real pizza critic rated this place I don’t think it would end well. But since this is a small town and people don’t know better pizza they love it.
