I would give a 0 if I could. This was the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. I waited over 40 minutes for the food I ordered through the app 15 minutes before arriving. I had to ask for help after waiting for 5 minutes and being ignored. Then when I gave the girl my name to check my mobile order in she said it would just be a few minutes till it’s ready. I waited 10 more minutes still nothing. A guy then approached me asking for my mobile order name. I gave it to him and he said ok just a few more minutes. Another 10+ min goes by and still nothing. She came back over and said Did someone have a mobile order. I said yes me and she asked for my name again and said ok let me check you in now. At this point, I’m starting to get frustrated as I should have been checked in over 25 minutes ago. She apologized and said we will get right on it. Only 2orders in front of it. Still waiting and yet again nothing after I watch about 5+ more orders go out so I get another guy and ask him to please get my order for me this is ridiculous at this point. So he gets the manager and comes to find out they still never started my order yet again for the 4th time. He goes and makes it himself after 40min I finally get to leave. I get home and the chicken bowl is the nastiest we have ever had. It is literally not edible. The piece of chicken in there was blackish in color and so dried out and as hard as a rock. It looked like it had set out for a month. I will never return to this location unless something is done to make this right. My son loves Taco Bell and we go by regularly which I hate to take that from him but I can’t go through that again. Oh and even better I had $300 worth of groceries melting and going bad in my car because of them. Read moreI go to this location occasionally. The inside service is always slow, and the drive through line is always slow, except for tonight. I'm guessing tonight wasn't slow because the dining room was closed...something about a cash register not working, according to the girl outside the door. But that is not what I want to point out. I want to ask, why your two handicapped parking spots are at the back of the building, farthest away from the door, as opposed to right in front of the door? It appears as if they are an afterthought, an embarrassment, or included just because they are required. While I was there tonight, I asked the manager on duty, who answered "I don't know, I guess because that's where the ramp is". I told her a ramp is easily cut into a curb and doesn't cost much. She replied that she has no control over it, and added that if I needed help. she would gladly help. Wrong answer.
So, let me educate you on this matter. When a person is disabled, such as myself, we want to feel self sufficient. I don't want you to help me get to your front door. I don't want you to bring my food to me. When I feel like some Taco Bell, I should not have to park at the back of your building, and maneuver my walker along the stretch of sidewalk, past half a dozen parking spots made for able bodied individuals. By having your handicapped parking at the back of your building, you are clearly saying, you do not care about me, or how difficult it may be for me to get into your establishment. Also, these two spots, at the back of your building, away from public view, are not well lit. A safety issue in itself there. you should be ashamed...
Read moreI got there and had to go back a second time because I forgot my money at home well I say all that to say this, I come back through order extra food than the time before and the price was cheaper this time, cool I was happy about that then proceed to get to pay window where 3 of the employees stand around the register looking confused, they finally open the window after a few minutes and tell me I've been charged with the guys order in front of me and charged me 23 and some change as well as 4 dollars of my own order which was 14 even and tell me I owe them 10 more dollars. I explained that didn't make sense and they had already drained my cash app and owed me money. The lady would not give me the rest of my order or my card back and they blamed me for their mistake since I had come back through the drive thru. WORST EXCUSE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN and I've managed in it for years. I stated that since they had screwed up they should just give me the food for free to make up for it as most places would have done. I was forced to park my car bc I was "holding up their line" come in on my lunch break making me late for my job coming back from lunch and straighten out the issue to which I waited some more and still did not receive credit card back as they were withholding it. I showed them my bank statements where the cash had been taken out along with the time stamps they claimed they refunded the money and argued with me a few more minutes until one of the ladies said ""just give it to her already" they handed me my drink and I had to ask for my card which was thrown at me on the counter.
