KFC — Restaurant in Lodi

I came during a busy day, I even ate inside, it was hot outside and i was just hungry so I seen a line and didn’t hesitate with the assumption of a long wait/line. But was I was SURPRISED. They took orders quickly and Efficiently, I was in the middle of grabbing my drink after ordering and next thing you know they called my name with my food ready. I ordered a 2 piece chicken and they offered me a second side dish and a large drink to my meal for ONLY 2 DOLLARS!!! The sweet young lady who took my order , named Josie on her name tag, is an amazing seller, she even got me to buy a chocolate cake and a coupon book which I will definitely be using to comeback since my experience was so good. It was clean inside, fresh, and relaxing especially the bathrooms which a lot of people lack to keep up with, like popeyes lol(they suck). But most importantly the food was amazing, you can tell it was fresh it was hot and not oily but juicy just perfect, will definitely be coming back, I come all the way from Tracy specifically for this location only because somehow it’s always better than the others.Keep...

I’m pretty sure the “C” in KFC stands for chicken! I placed an online order for the spicy wings and when I arrived I was told this news. Noah who was mentioned as the mgr on duty was not in the restaurant. How can you manage a restaurant if you’re not in the restaurant? Literally not a single person knew how to issue a refund. The place was literally being ran by kids! I was told that if I submit a survey I would receive a voucher for the money spent on this order and much is unacceptable. As if I want to roll the dice again? I’m coming back on 10/2/2023 to speak with a manager for this location. Hopefully he or she will be actually in the store to assist. Let’s already assume they will blame last nights issue on “covid related supply issues” 😂🤡

I almost forget to mention they offered me 2 famous mash of disgustingness bowls as a replacement for my order. Bruh that’s literally the worst item...

I went to the drive-through and I purchased one number one meal which is two piece of chicken and a side and bread and I added an extra coleslaw small and I ordered a three piece chicken tender meal I live literally four minutes away from Kentucky fried on cattlemen Lane Lodi my food was absolutely cold I will trade for a half an hour calling on the phone and all I get is a busy signal I call the office and the restaurant in Stockton answer I am a business owner also in the food industry and for spending $20 for two little mills and what we got was probably worth $10 worth of and then to get home and your food is cold.
