I ordered 5 cheese burgers, when I placed my order I requested extra condiments on each burger, after receiving the order I opened the burgers and had hardly any condiments on them. I walked back in the store and saw the manager sitting in the dining room with other employees, I waited for him to finish his conversation with the others and finally addressed me. I told him I was disappointed with the meal that I received. The Latino Mgr gave me an odd look and asked me whats wrong with the order, I began to explain to him I ordered 5 cheese burgers with extra condiments on each and informed him that there was hardly anything condiments on any of them. The manager never bothered to look at the cheese burgers and told me that if I had ordered the burgers that way they should have been made that way. He then said to me you must have forgotten to tell the cashier so she would have ordered that way. I said, I did sir, I did tell her. The manager began getting confrontational with me, I couldn't understand why he started raising his voice and getting angry. I then said, never mind may I just get my money back, oh my lord then he really got angry what am I supposed to do with the burgers you ordered, I told him you know sir I came in here with a simple complaint and not to be harassed. I told him you can do what ever you want with them just give me my money back, he went to the cash register open took the receipt out of the bag and slammed the money on the counter then told me there's your money now leave the store. Read more29 NOV 2023. This incident was reported to Corporate on the same day. THIS RESTAURANT does not care ABOUT EMPLOYEE AND CUSTOMER HEALTH. Standing at cash register to place order and everybody was in the back!!! A female employee walked by and you could tell she was not feeling good. Finally decided to download app and setup app and placed my order. I heard the conversation from the manager voice telling someone that she the employee feels like “Throwing Up”. And the next part same voice saying “YOU NEED to stay two more hours because we are swamped”. So they have an Employee that is sick in the food PREP and Handling areas. There are multiple viruses and other health issues and they want a sick employee to stay and work. Today 5 Dec 2023 Tuesday got a call from someone stating several things including that it did mot happen like I stated in my complaint and she had talked to the employee and they kept her in the back.
