Went into the shop today and the employee was very unhelpful and unwilling to provide even the slightest assistance. I asked how long ago the apples were made, and the employee responded within a week. I let her know that I had an issue with an apple I had purchased previously (mold in between caramel and the top of the apple) so I wanted to make sure there was no issue. I asked if she could check for me, since she was holding a knife, but she only told me that she could replace it if there was an issue. I told her that I would prefer not to have to check with my mouth. I asked for a utensil, since she seemed hesitant to do anything. Only after asking repeatedly, did she hand me a tooth pick. The tooth pick was not very helpful and my apple actually was not very fresh (no mold, though). Still, I don't think I was asking for anything above and beyond. She had just cut up the apple for me, I just wanted her to cut it a little in the center to check for the issue. Plus, there were tons of freshly made apples...

Ordered a pecan caramel apple, a double dipped chocolate apple, a m$m caramel apple, and the cheese cake Carmel apple. The chocolate dipped caramel was good according to my son and the M&M apple was ok according to my wife. The pecan was tasteless except for the chocolate and nuts no Carmel flavor according to my grandmother and the cheese cake was just tasteless throughout except for the apple. Staff were friendly and professional. I wouldn’t recommend this place for the Carmel apples. I will probably go back down the road and try some other goodie’s they sell maybe. I’d much rather take a day and go to Apple hill...

OMG I JUST LUVVVV 💓💓💓💓 THEIR CHOCOLATE 🍫🍫🍫 WE LIVE IN STOCKTON AND WE COME TO LODI ABOUT 2-3 TIMES A WEEK AND WHEN WE DO A FIRST MUST STOP IS THIS STORE. WE ARE ALWAYS GREETED AND TREATED SO NICE . YESTERDAY I HAD THE PLEASURE OF MEETING CARSON HE IS A VERY ARTICULATE YOUNG CHRISTIAN MAN THAT REALLY REPRESENT YOUR STORE PERFECTLY. CARSON WAS A JOY TO TALK WITH HE HAS A VERY SWEET DEMEANOUR ABOUT HIM AND HE IS JUST A JOY. I GIVE HIM 5 STARS BCZ OF JUST HOW HE TREATED US AND HIW PROFESSIONAL HE CARRIED HIS SELF AT HIS JOB.
