Trail Coffee Roasters, one of the best hidden places to enjoy a nice cup of coffee. It’s open from 7am to 2pm. It’s a nice spot to study, meet up with a friend, and maybe even grab coffee to-go before work. Inside the coffee shop it is peaceful and cozy. The coffee shop is not too spacious, but it’s very unique and aesthetic. I love that I have an option to sit outside as well, because I can feel the nice breeze in the morning. They also have larger seating areas outside with an umbrella and a fire pit in the center. I really enjoy the atmosphere there. At trail coffee roasters, I ordered a latte. I could’ve add some sugar, but it tasted delightful even without it. The menu has a small selection of sweet, hearty, and grainy snacks you can eat. If only I could tell Trail Coffee Roasters, “I like you a latte”.

Unfortunately, my iced americano tasted a little too watered down for being the larger option on their menu. I assumed the larger option would have an additional shot(s) of espresso versus the smaller option. I’ve been here a handful of times and it has been consistent. The store itself and the outside was a beautiful environment.

This spot took me by surprise as it’s really hard finding high-quality coffee in the Central Valley. I ordered a flat white and it perfect—super smooth with just the right balance of espresso, milk, and foam. If you’re a coffee enthusiast, I highly recommend stopping by.

If I had the option, 0 stars would take the cake. I went in to get breakfast and a drink. I'm simply going to say the customer service for accommodating customers is horrible and they need to have ingredients for each item listed (like every other establishment that sales food). I'm pescatarian. I ordered the quiche, which had no ingredient label and an iced matcha green tea. I got home, opened the quiche, and noticed bacon in the quiche. I immediately drove back to the establishment and asked to trade because I wasn't informed of the ingredients and informed them that I was pescatarian. I want to be clear I did NOT ask for a refund. The lady informed me that she would have to ring me up because they can't resale the food and she blamed me for being pescatarian that they didn't know. She told me they do sometimes have the vegetarian option for the quiche but it is always changing. With that information I was so upset because I was so hungry I couldn't believe she wouldn't just trade it. I was so furious I just left. LIST YOUR INGREDIENTS! You are a small establishment and clearly needed my underfunded 4.75. I will not step foot in there again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Worker was rude and I was not accommodated. Do not go here. It is small and if they can't list ingredients and accommodate a mix up then they don't need to be...

The first time I visited Trail, it was lovely. Warm atmosphere, the drinks were beautiful. I was so excited to show my husband. This time was awful. Not warm and friendly at all. We wanted to try a couple tea bags to take home. $6 for 2 tea bags. We were charged full price as if they made the tea for us. Fine, nbd I don't mind supporting a local business. The cashier forgot one of our biscuit breakfast sandwiches. So I paid again....this time my chai wasn't as good. No fun sun with cinnamon on top, it was just thrown on there. Then we waited for my husband's mocha. It never came. Guess the cashier forgot to charge us for that too. We took our sandwiches to go. They were dry and a total mess to even try to eat. We decided to go back to our regular coffee shop at brew house coffee. Much friendlier atmosphere and their breakfast burritos are delicious. Trail has a lovely atmosphere with lots of potential, but the customer service is...

The coffee and baked goods are amazing here. They are always fresh, and the coffee is perfect. However, I can't get over the service. I come here often and every time I hope it gets better. I want to support a small business. The employees never seem to be happy to be there. My friend and I always feel unwelcomed. There is never any greeting or a thank you once they hand you the coffee. Today my friend and I went in and I purchased two coffees, one for myself and one for someone else. After helping me the cashier walked away and went and just began talking to the barista. My friend was still standing in line. The barista noticed her and rudely walked over and stated "Do you need something". My friend told her that she still needed to order her drink. Wishing there was better customer service, and greetings when...
