Wendy's — Restaurant in Lodi

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The location is set up so there's only one way to get in and it's literally on the corner by a freeway off ramp and only if you're coming from that side can you get in, otherwise you have to drive under the freeway overpass further outside of the city and flip a u-turn and come back. The driveway exits right back onto the main road so if they screw up the order some how you can't just drive around the parking lot back to the restaurant to have them fix it. They also clearly NEVER throw out their food after it has been sitting for too long, the last 3 times I went around 7-8pm and ordered the spicy honey bbq saucy nuggs and they were hard has a rock, but because it's such a pain in the butt to get back once you've left the drive thru I end up stopping in the next town on the way home and...

(Obviously, This review is based in comparison to other fast food restaurants such as McDonald's taco Bell etc.)

Ehh... normally I really enjoy Wendy's, but todays experience at this location was certainly subpar. For the short line that it was (drive thru, 2 cars in front of me) the wait for each vehicle was a bit longer than what you would normally expect. While the sandwiches were hot & fresh, the bacon was BURNT bad and the fries were "ehhh" not bad just certainly not what you expect when you sit in line for an extended amount of time. But aside from the burnt bacon which i discarded, the new maple bacon crispy chix sandwich was pretty good! Personally, next time I will substitute the maple syrup for mayo... but I think that is because i love croissants! And the syrup seemed a little out of...

Excellent service. And a great thing was i didnt get the guys name he was young but. A customer had a problem woth the way he made him a strawberry shake. And be known wemdys doesnt have a strawberry shake. But the kid handled so professionally with a smile and respect thst the guy left with no problem except mumbling and the kid gave the guy a free drink on top.. It let me know from having a similar experience while working in fast food. To always keep a smile. Its not all as bad as it seems..the customer may captializse off of always being right but the serve always wins by knowing whats right. Wendys is awesome i went home and slept for 3 hrs...
