McDonald's — Restaurant in Logan Township

IF YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED THEN BEAT UP AFTER THEN EAT HERE OTHERWISE GO TO WENDYS OR WAWA WHERE YOU ARE TREATED LIKE A PROPER PAY OK NG CUSTOMER. I was robbed of 5 dollars yesterday at 11:34 was when the crime was committed against me by McDonald's. I gave a 20 for my 3.73 bill she gave me my change and when I got home one hour and fifteen minutes later the money that I received still wrapped in the receipt only had 11.30 in it so she only short me 4.97. I call them they tell me they cant do anything til the drawer gets counted later I said wow so if I was in desperate need of that money I would be just out of luck? They did they busy so give my name and number they will call me. I go back today like ok can I have my 5 now? Manager said she wasnt the one that was there yesterday so she has no idea what's going on and leave my name and number they will get back to me. I said your kidding right? She said no and that's all I can do cause I'm not going to just hand you money!! Wow ok so I work for a huge company 4 doors down so I'll be sure to post a bunch of filters to warn my colleagues and others not to buy there or you will be robbed or get some kind of sickness due to the poor cleanliness that I just noticed cause I always go...

Went to McDonald's on new years eve around 1030pm there was no line at drive through. Alexis was working lane 2 asked me to hold on a minute. Well that minute turned into 10minutes. While waiting 2 cars went through lane 1. I had to yell hello in order for her to respond. I asked her what was the reason for the long wait and she tells me she forgot we were there. As she rudely took the order. I went to the window to pay and also asked for a manager well that's when I met unprofessional Doug. He leans in the window and puts his head in his hands which had gloves on and asked me "what is the problem". No hello or how can I help you. So I had to tell him about his self really quickly. Because its obvious that him and his staff need retooling on customer service. Under normal circumstances I would have went somewhere else for food but because my mother had a medical issue we needed the food immediately. Once we got to the food pick up window we see the reason Alexis never remembered we were at the window because the head phones were not in her ear to her the beeping. It's a McDonald's, it is what it is and when you are out running errands with your daughter and she forgot to have anything to eat all day and it is now about 1:30 you know it's best to stop somewhere and pick up something small to hold her till dinner so you opt for McDonald's. This one is convenient if you are traveling north on I-295 and need to stop in but if you are on a family vacation and towing a trailer you might want to wait for the one in Paulsboro as the parking lot is a little small, same goes for a bus, tractor trailer or larger RV. The store is always kept clean and unlike few years ago the employees all seem to know what they are doing and do so in a pleasant demeanor. Just like all the other restaurants they do not have any paper towels in the bathroom but expect you to stand there for 5 minutes waiting for your hands to dry but I also prefer if coming in from working on someones house with dirty hands to be able to dry off with a towel which might be another of the many reasons I stay away from fast food for the most part. Give them a try if this is what you are in the mood for they probably will not...
