Wendy's — Restaurant in Logan Township

Went inside with my son. There was 2 people in front of me. 1 guy was waiting for his order, the other guy was waiting for his order. Waited 15 minutes just for the guy in front of me to order. My son was getting very impatient. 30 minutes after that guy, I ordered! While waiting for my food many people came in line. 1 guy who ordered after me got his food before I did. Took another 25 minutes to recieve my order! Son was freaking out saying he's hungry and I was very frustrated! Takes were disgusting. People from drive threw kept coming in saying their order was wrong or messed up. It was very dirty in there and smelled. I promised my son a frosty if he ate all his food. He did eat it all and I was not waiting in that line again. Seems like the drive threw gets served faster. So we went threw drive threw. Waited another 30 minutes until my turn! Got our frosty and they were absolutely disgusting!!! My son wouldn't even eat his oreo frosty! I got the caramel one and the stuff on top, ruined it! We were there a total of 2 hours!!! Will never go there again! They seemed very messy and all over the place! The manager (im assuming) was doing all the jobs at once and kept telling the other 2 employees that were there, how to do their job. Seems understaffed and a toxic work environment. I never leave reviews! But this rubbed me the wrong way. I never take my son to fast food! Fake food and terrible service! Only went cause I promised my son if he behaved lol lesson learned- stick with my regular path and never go to fast food! P.s. my son had massive diarrhea after eating chicken nugget happy meal! 1 of the worse stores I have ever been to, every time go it's a long drive thru long due to them not being open in lobby which btw they are 1 of only places not open in lobby, waited over 25 minutes last time, getting a doordash order is even worse half time don't want accept a order from there cause they are backwards&customers end up getting their order extremely late, then get up speaker and have sign saying they close at 7pm, I have let doordash customer service know, majority of the workers have attitudes& few of managers as well, from this point after last night will not return at all, definitely do not recommend them at ALL ,Update called store to talk about last night I was lied to when asked if was speaking with the GM then also asked if they were a Wendy's corp store or franchise she lied said corporate I called Wendy's corp # after dealing with her&they explained its not a corporate store then had call a another store to get information which the GM there explain to me that was not the GM at that store, the corporation tells me that they do not like misrepresention and now it will be passed along to the district manager, then called back to ask why she lied she was extremely rude, and still saying she's the GM ,I'll definitely let doordash customer service so this store can end up getting taking off so other doordashers do not have to deal with this foolishness and the store...

Was greeted by Kayla, ordering seemed normal as usual. I dont really focus on personaility, just procedure and outcome. I asked for my medium fry to be replaced due to them being old (not hot, fries don't break, non crispy) I handed her the fries and I kid you not, she walked to the fry area and threw my meduim fry back into the bin, for reuse?!?. I hope management does not follow this procedure to ensure Food Safety and Hygiene. The sad part to this was instead of having one dissatisfied customer the crew experience a second customer complaining about bad fries through the drive through, who then entered because she was, "being ignored," through the window. We as customers are not here to complain we are simply helping business remain in good standing with High Quality Food and Service. This was not the case.
