At first I was very excited the Jack in the Box that opened up in logan. I had never had it before and when I did I was really gratified that the such quality was available so close. And as I went over the course of time, over the last two or three months going periodically, I've seen not only a steady drop in quality but a steep drop in quality for sure. Today was probably the last time that I'll be going to Jack in the box, I made a very simple order and was absolutely disgusted by the low effort that was put into preparing my meal. Even though my meal cost only $15, you'd think that the staff would put at least a shred of pride and effort into the work that they provide. I opened my bag and the chicken wrap that I got had not even been wrapped, it was leaking juice all over the rest of my food so that everything was a soggy mess, and then when I asked for it to be replaced they did, but the staff seems so confused by why I wanted it replaced. Then when I opened my burger the ingredients weren't even stacked on top of each other. They were haphazardly arranged in a mess in a pile in the box. It wasn't even a sandwich, it was basically a salad and considering all the juices that had leaked out all over from my rap, it was basically a soup. And then you go to my fries, and that was where my frustration increased, because all the sudden what should have been fresh freeze turn out to be just dry, old and probably should have been thrown away freeze. The saddest part was that I was willing to wait for fresh freeze when I asked for them to be made fresh. You shouldn't have to ask that the quality of the food be held to a high standard. Every time that I've gone the last 3 or 4 times has been extremely disappointing, and frankly if I worked here I would be extremely embarrassed if anybody found out that it was me that was preparing food like this. If I did my job in any capacity close to the way that my food was prepared by whatever staff, I would beg to be fired. What happened to shame? And when did we stop caring about quality work? I certainly won't be returning, and I certainly won't be giving you guys referrals from people that I recommended to you. The employees were so rude and dirty, and they were cursing loudly and just generally being impolite. The food wasn’t worth it either, old fries and cold burgers. My husband got food poisoning that night, and I’m surprised I didn’t as well. Horrible horrible food!!!!! Whoever is running this place must be turning a blind eye to how disrespectful their employees are and how gross the food is that they are handing out. Not to mention the restaurant isn’t even clean, the bathrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for the entirety that this store has been opened for. Which, by the way, isn’t even a year yet!!!! How are you gonna be this bad and it hasn’t even been a year!!!! Who are they hiring???? Clearly no one there knows how to do their job. I wish I could be refunded for my meal as well as be reimbursed for the horrible experience I had. Will not be returning. I have already warned everyone I can about not going there unless you want to go home wishing you didn’t. Fix your staff or close down!!!!!!
EDIT: my friend said last time she came here she had to wait AN HOUR in the drive thru!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous, seems like they don’t listen to their reviews and they continue to have terrible terrible service. And from the looks of it, all the responses to the reviews are bots. Read moreI'm sad to say I had a horrible experience at the jack in the box Logan location. I love this place and was excited to try the new logan location. The guy working the drive thru was great but after that, it was down hill. They had us pull around front to wait (no biggy). We didn't wait long but right before we pulled away, we notice they forgot an entire meal. Went inside to let them know. When I told the young lady at the counter, they forgot a meal. She said "No, everything is in the bag". I said, the number 4 combo and drink are missing. She then went to the computer to verify our order and realized, she had forgotten it. She bagged the food and handed it to me without even a word. I understand people are human and mistakes happen but to tell the customer their wrong without checking the order first is poor service. I wish I could at least say the food was great. Excited to eat my burger, I took two bites and realized, there was no bacon. I took the top bun off and thought they had forgotten the bacon but they didn't. There was the tiniest piece (the size of a nickel) under a slice of Tomatoe. My wife had the ultimate bacon cheeseburger. It's confusing because you'd think it would have a little more bacon but no. There was a half a piece of bacon.
