We usually don’t visit this location, but after our experience last night, we won’t be again. The girl taking our order was clearly new and being trained, and she was very sweet and attentive. The person training her, however, was rude and dismissive. We ordered a 24 oz Pirate Jack and a 44 oz ice water. Our total was just over $7. My husband and I both thought that was excessive, so I asked about the cost of the water. At some of these drink places, they seem to have 2 routes for inputting a water order, and one only charges $.25 or $.50 for it, while the other charges full price for a drink. The girl said it was $2 for the water because that’s the cost of the cup, and I commented that it’s normally $.25 at the other location. The other person training said, with a lot of attitude and shrugging his shoulders, that that’s just how it is in their system. Well, according to their “system” on the website, our total should have been $5.23, not $7.02. The fact that the (clearly senior) employee wasn’t even willing to double check it was unacceptable. And I guess I was a little confused on the name and she was really rude. She was a blonde young lady. I didn’t appreciate how she talked to me but maybe just some better customer service might help you guys. I probably won’t come to this location again just because of this communication ! I just said since you don’t have pretzel bites I’ll just go somewhere else. It didn’t seem like she was gonna help me figure out a drink without continuing to confuse me so I felt the need to leave. I do have anxiety and just didn’t feel comfortable with her.. I also asked can you just make me a sweet drink and she kept bringing up different names and stuff I have short-term memory so I didn’t appreciate how I was spoken to but anyway just won’t come back here my personal opinion bad Customer Service....

We were asked multiple times “what was your order?” at the window. The car behind us drove over the grass and curb to get out of line because it took so long. We would have left too but because we already paid, we were forced to wait. I offered to pull up to the front to let other customers through and was told to stay at the window. Never received any kind of apology or acknowledgement for the extremely long wait time. The girl just handed us our drinks and shut the window.
