Panda Express — Restaurant in Logan

Out of the two in Logan, this is the one by the hospital is the one that we like to go to. The food is always awesome, portion sizes are HUGE and overall it's a great place to grab a bite to eat at. From what we've seen, the turnover is low (usually the same cats working) so management must be doing something right and the food is consistently great. Chop sticks are a bonus.

Fresh, Delicious and just overall AWSOME. Very fast service, even when we have to wait for something to be made. Hot mustard makes everything taste just awesome. We haven't ate outside yet but maybe next time?

UPDATE ON 2.24.24 :( I don't know what happened here but we were completely disappointed when we left. The food was just not the fresh, awesome experience it had been every other time we had been here. The portions were small and just tasted off where as previously if there wasnt fresh tasting food they would ask us if we would wait a moment while it was prepared, this time the person working the front acted like we were taking up her time. The spring rolls were pretty dry and bland. I got the last 6 firecracker shrimp in my entree that tasted like bait shrimp and the only saving grace was we didn't have to go back for extra mustard (that's the giveaway because usually I go back about four or five times for extra mustard. 2 or 3 pouches will never be enough). I used to go weekly but things slowly just started to slip. This last time was just too much. Every table was dirty with dirty floors but there were only maybe 3 couples, us as a family of 5 and 2 or 3 singles in there. It was just too much. I know you guys might have just pulled thru a slam but the fact that it wasn't busy and the dining room was empty and no one was cleaning really shows me that whatever standards used to be high here, just aren't high anymore. I really enjoyed coming here while it was awesome but now, this was just a ratchet experience and definitely not worth what a family 5 should expect from a quick serve restaurant. Our experience was pretty horrible. We showed up with 45 minutes to spare before my son's basketball game. The line was long, but looking at it I figured it wouldn't be more than 20 minutes long. I was wrong. Very wrong. It took 45 minutes from the time we got in line until we got our food. If they had taken people's orders like they should have the line would have only been a max of 20 minutes, but they literally took a 10 minute break of taking people's orders in the store to fill online orders. Not 1 in store order was filled for those 10 minutes. And then after that, they would take 1 in store order and then fill 3 online orders, making it take ridiculously long for the line to move. If my husband wasn't so adamant about wanting Chinese food I would have walked out. It was ridiculous. I don't think you'll catch me ordering food from this establishment again. They showed that they don't care about their patrons in the store at all. Plus, the nice little cherry on top, they ran out of beef and broccoli right after we ordered, so we had to change our order after we had already ordered. Went here on a Sunday Evening were it is suppose to be slow because i need to get in and get out. There were 5 employees working. Three serving food and two making food. In line there were only 5 customers as well. I was customer number 3 and the two before me ordered something that was not in stock at the moment so they wanted to wait. What i was ordering was there so i though i would be able to get it and go. Instead of getting what i ordered, they made me and all the other customers wait until the people in front of me, who was waiting on the food to be made, got what they wanted before rest of us could check out. While we were waiting, the employees were just standing around talking to each other rather than serving the customers that ordered food that was already in stock. The customers behind me went and sat down because they did not want to stand in line and wait until the first two people got there food made. I had the intention of going in there because it would be quick but it took 15 plus mins for me to get what i ordered. I have never been to a panda express were it took 15 plus mins to serve five people especially when the other three people were getting food that...
