I visited the McDonald’s location near Smith's Marketplace around 7:15 AM to grab breakfast for myself and my mom before work. We work less than a mile away, so the food should have still been hot when we sat down to eat. Unfortunately, that’s not what happened. Both of our sausage McMuffins were terrible — the sausage patties were hard like they had been sitting out for too long, the eggs looked discolored, and the English muffins were stale. We ended up not eating them because they were genuinely unappetizing. At first, I wasn’t going to complain, but my mom encouraged me to call since we had just wasted our money on inedible food. When I called, I reached a manager named Tori. I barely began explaining what was wrong when she cut me off and said, “Well, I can put your name down and you can come get them again, but we just made fresh food like 30 minutes ago, so what you got is what you’ll get again.” That attitude rubbed me the wrong way — dismissive and defensive right out of the gate. When I explained that I had just eaten a McMuffin at the South Logan McDonald's recently and it was fresh and delicious, she began to argue with me, insisting that she knows better because she works there. Every time I tried to speak, she interrupted me, which made me increasingly frustrated. Yes, I raised my voice — not yelling, but firm — and instead of listening, she hung up on me. I called back and got her again. This time, she immediately had an attitude and said, “I don’t know what you want from me. If you want the sandwich remade, it’s going to taste the same. We changed our cooking system and that’s just how our food is now.” She even admitted that she doesn't eat at McDonald's herself and said it proudly — which, honestly, is a terrible thing to hear from someone representing your brand. When I asked for a refund, she claimed she had already offered it (she hadn’t), and then refused to give me her name, saying, “You don’t need my name, I just need yours.” When I asked again, she hung up on me — a second time. I called again and finally spoke with a different manager named Becca, who was professional and helpful. She told me the first manager's name is Tori and that I could come in anytime for a refund. Frankly, this whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth — literally and figuratively. The food was awful, but even worse was how I was treated when I tried to address it. As someone who has worked in customer service, I understand tough days and difficult customers. But I was calm when I called, and even when I got frustrated, I wasn’t disrespectful — I just wanted to be heard and treated fairly. Tori’s attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely out of line for someone in a managerial role. I hope this location addresses the issue, both in terms of food quality and how complaints are handled. Until then, I’ll be going to the South Logan location — or anywhere else, really.

A ordered three waters with my meals and when I got to the window they said there were no waters on the list. So I explained that I did order three waters and asked if I could please have them. The lady in the window insisted that I'd have to go around and order them again. I asked again and she told me the same thing and turned away to avoid the rage and disbelief that was stabbing out of my eyes at her. This McDonald's can close for all I care. Attached is the photo of the water they wouldn't give me.

We pulled up, ordered the Travvy Patty aka. The Travis Scott Burger and some spicy nuggets. After a long wait, we decided to go inside and see what happened to our order. Turns out, they had misplaced our order and a cutie pie employee was so kind and sweet that he got our order AND refunded it. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Pic related, travvy patty already consumed

We showed up at 10pm and waited in a long slow moving line, after waiting patiently, we find out that one of the two lines was not taking orders. Knowing companies have shortage nationwide there was no animosity. We were hungry after a long day, so continued to the window to order like everyone else in front of us. But it gets worse from here, you can see employees hanging out inside the store, not one came out to tell customers that they weren’t going to get to their orders in. They waited till 11pm on the dot and shut the lights down, as 30 plus maybe more customers drove through the line, to be laughed at and told “it’s just food” and not to wait in a long line and that we needed to start checking hours of operation. We literally waited in the drive through for an hour. When all other restaurants in this small town have closed by this time. I truly am leaving this review in hopes that the owner and management watches cameras inside and out to understand how truly unprofessionally the situation was managed. This situation was far worse than bad business, it was a complete lack of respect for others. The worker that said “it’s just food” said it perfect because he’s right, this goes far and above food and management it goes against what America and especially Cache Valley stands for. If I owned this business I’d be embarrassed not just about how business was conducted but by the employees that represent it. We all work jobs, have family and lives. We are going far and above in tough times to help bring community spirit up. This simple and direct lack of respect from something as small as sending someone out with a sign or anything to tell customers not to wait almost an hour would have been good enough. Instead they made each of us come through and laugh at us for wasting an hour of lives to be disappointed. It is way bigger than just food, what happened to being American and having personal integrity and respect for...

This is the first one star review I have ever left anywhere ever.

My pregnant wife was craving McDonalds, and we looked online and saw that the store didn't close until midnight on Sundays, and we saw that this was confirmed last week by McDonalds. We entered the drive thru at 10:30, well over an hour before closing time.

Service was very slow. It took them over half an hour to get through the line of probably 6 cars. When we got to the speaker box it was 11:01 PM. They rudely answered and said that they had just closed and would not be serving us.

They evidently closed the store before they were supposed to, and on top of that they were rude and childish about how they handled it. It was unnecessary to be that rude.

On top of this I wouldn't leave a 1 star review had this been my only bad experience here but I have been a part of other instances of the store closing well before posted hours, many times that half of the menu was not available, and terrible terrible food quality. I don't know who is in charge of this location but it is completely out of line. And any time there is a problem, they are rude to the customer instead of taking responsibility.

Honestly I would never recommend eating at this restaurant. You're in for bad food and worse customer service. Maybe try your luck at the...
