Just wanted to leave a review of their customer service in Providence UT. I recently got a pizza and had problems with it. I won't say what.... But the next day, I got an email wanting me to leave a review. I did and I told them what was wrong. I didn't want them calling me or giving me a coupon for a new pizza. I just wanted to tell what was wrong. The next day or so, I got an email saying I was fully credited for my pizza, which I appreciate very much since the entire thing had been a waste for me. It's going down the drain little by little. I was a customer since 2016 and they were not cheaping out on ingredients back then. The pizzas felt heavy and very generous amount of toppings on them. Matter a fact their 10$ Tuesday deal pizzas were richer then a 23$ custom made ones I have ordered last few times. It's day and night. They must be weighing each cup down to a gram before adding toppings. They send coupons to you daily, but with a subpar product you can knock off 50% and it still overpriced for...

I've always loved getting pizza from here. However today as my husband ordered a Take and Bake family size half Thai Chicken and half BBQ Chicken with no pork, they still included bacon on it. Me not being wary, ate some of it even though it's against my belief. Feeling very disappointed and betrayed. Of course there was no harm intended, I'm sure. But please be more careful with what's ordered at all times. You never know if people exclude something out of allergies (like my daughter's) or spiritual...
